  1. I second this - Brick by Brick is a great read for any fan of LEGO and while I believe Ninjago is mentioned, I'd love an update where it expounds upon its success.
  2. Agreed, the designs up close are really nice. Also was really happy to see Zach Woods cast as Zane - he's perfect for the character
  3. Agreed - it seems that this is pretty much "Lego Worlds Discussion," so a vhnage would be great. Anyway, using the 2008 Agents builds and characters is an interesting choice, but this game has included such an eclectic collection of new stuff, old stuff, and stuff that doesn't even exist that it doesn't feel too out of place.
  4. Just caught the legendary line "That's a lot of big ugly rock pieces... and a lot of little ugly rock pieces too!" Keep it up, Nexo Knights!
  5. That's awesome, thank you so much.
  6. This is so cool! Any instructions/LDD files?
  7. That would be hilarious - NK has always been on point with references to random pop culture-related items.
  8. Agreed that it was so much better than the first 2 seasons - Not sure if it surpasses RotS in my mind yet, though - I'll have to see and wait for the next season, which the end of this season has surely hyped me for!
  9. I like the fact that the simplified one represents the comics version, while the detailed MCU version is still retained for MCU-related sets. It's a nice delineation in style, and I think it fits. Plus, as we've seen, the new one is very, very versatile, meaning we can now get characters that would have required complex new helmet molds in the past.
  10. I think what you're referring to is the mix-up regarding Nya's Spider Mech, but I think that you are onto something with the arm wheels, at least for wave 2
  11. It actually was only used for Cryptor - I'd assume it's because it has specific technology greebles, but you never know. Usually those packs are exclusive to the Lego Store, but I've seen some show up at TRU.
  12. I was the person who proposed that it may be an error, but I can't recall if TA confirmed or denied
  13. The picture from the Dark Island Trilogy book featuring them together:
  14. Kiss Kiss Batman was available to people who went to see the movie in 3D at regal cinemas
  15. Oh, right, there's that second wave. That's probably where the other vehicles are
  16. I'm pretty sure the "walker" vehicle is Nya's Walker, and perhaps they mistook Nya for Cole as they both wear a darker garb. I'm sure Zane's tank, the Shark, and Cole's mech are coming, but they'll probably be retailer exclusives or D2Cs perhaps... in the second wave
  17. Will we be seeing these at NYTF or is there a media restriction?
  18. Yeah now I really want that Riddler moped!
  19. Here's some more looks - just uploaded a bunch of pictures to my Flickr and can't link them all, but here's some of my favorites: Link to all photos: https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/legozebra/ Haha, thanks - here's some more. Bunch more photos in my Flickr account. I tried to take a picture of all set related things. There's a lot of other really cool storyboard and movie stuff in there too; it just doesn't belong in this thread.
  20. Just picked up the amazing Making of book - here's some highlights:
  21. Wow - yeah, they're really similar. Huh, that's interesting. Really looking forward to seeing it in a set!
  22. So excited to pick him up! On the one hand, I'm happy we're getting him, but on the other, it's a shame he doesn't appear in a set, because that would probably give us a few more GL characters. I thought LEGO was going towards more GL sets with Lego Batman 3's major Lantern Planet focus, but I guess not...
  23. Yeah, I assume that's the case like in the other sets
