I agree with the cult idea, I like the humans wearing snake masks... Or perhaps they are being controlled, but there isn't any "glowing eyes" effect to show that like Lego usually does... I know that this isn't true (as Zane is the Titanium Ninja) I can't help but get a Tee Vee vibe from Alpha team when you said Zane is the Ninja's computer...

I agree. Granting that they still have the prelims of recent and modern sets, I won't be surprised that these pics are older than the previous leak. Even the black backgrounds who that LEGO was probably experimenting with backgrounds still and only attempted the backgrounds for the "main" fire element figures...

I agree... If only DK put together a "LEGO Concepts and Final Products: Through the Years" book, I would be extremely happy. (Even happier if it included a concept minifigure!)

Really like the SNOT use of those two trans yellow windshields on the sides... If only I had multiple ones of those... Nice job on the shape of those spikes, it seems like you captured the look perfectly. Perhaps a suggestion would be to include more guns/rockets on the sides besides the two up front (because you know, it is Blacktron )

Hah! I laughed out loud at this! I agree, especially after playing MNOLG for, like, the 20th time, I am beginning to see a lot of cultural aspects in it that are similar of real-life cultures both in the past and present...

I hope not, but it could be a number of factors that caused Exo-Force to be discontinued and not just the "jungle" element... Bionicle was set on a tropical island in 2001-2003 and it sold well... And I personally don't think that the connection could be drawn between the jungle of Exo-Force's ending and the jungle of Ninjago... Unless sets sold extremely poorly because of the jungle element I'm pretty sure it won't be a problem.

That would be one of the best "easter eggs" ever... Hopefully a new UA villain will have it! I agree, I love looking at the concepts for all sorts of sets and seeing how the design process evolved.

I don't mind you posting the "top secrets," but perhaps you can put them in "spoiler" tabs? That way people who don't wish to see it don't need to chance upon it...

Yeah, I really want a mammoth army builder... The show has so many different mammoths and we only get the main family... Sabre Tooth Tigers would be nice as well as it would be a chance to get Sykor. Even the Cat Guides need a Battle Pack, as there have been several unnamed characters in the show i.e. orange Tigers guarding CHI etc... I don't think we need more Crocs and Lions as these would just be old characters in new suits... Ice Bears do sound interesting, although I hope they have new variants of characters than the ones released in Icebite's Claw Driller...

I wish they made army builders for Rhinos, and a Bear battle pack would be great if they didn't want to include him in a vehicle... And I think you just convinced me what PT means...

And with the whole avian supremacy thing, did anyone wonder why Razar and other flying creatures didn't get these and why it was just Eris and not the whole Eagle tribe? I watched them as well. It was actually pretty good, esp. the episodes surrounding Tormak. My favorite part though was when all the mammoths played "Here comes the Bride" with their trunks!

Now that we have news of Bionicle's return, who is your favorite Bionicle character because of their personality/complexity? I'll start off with three main ones... I really liked Kopaka since I was small, but Jaller was also great and interesting, especially because he was afraid to die as he had already "died" once, and Matoro for his overall compassion and willpower as shown especially in the Voya Nui/Mahri Nui ark... So who is your favorite character?

Yeah... I guess that's LEGO's way of assuring that if a child only buys one set, he/she can still battle with 2 opponents...

Yeah, that was surprising indeed! Good to hear we're getting another Fire vs Ice Wave... I'm curious about how the name "Panthar" arises... Does Tormak become a vigilante Batman-like character and re name himself? Because he is still technically a tiger. And how does Eris see the future? The Fire Lion. Although the tank looks more like an actual lion in my opinion (no Trans orange and red) the Fire Lion has a GREAT transforming feature using Technic beams that I was quite impressed with for a Chima set. It almost felt like a Technic set!
