  1. Wow, I just watched the film a few days ago, and this is my favourite Jaeger. The likeness is incredible! NPU for the armour piece and the old minifig hands.
  2. Awww so cute! All you need now are some space-cats to chase.
  3. This MOC looks great....but...but....the poor piggies....
  4. :[___________________] This is great, especially from a beginner! Your MOCs are amazing, as are your sculpting skills!
  5. 'i'm just going to improve this by coating it in SNOT.'
  6. If you want variety in lots of different themes, go for Brickwarriors. If you want massive detail and a large range of guns, go for Brickarms. All in all, brickarms is probably my favourite, as even though they don't have much castle stuff, the detail is brilliant.
  7. Thats great! I'd like to see how you tackle Rocket and Groot in cubedude!
  8. Managed to nab an exo suit by getting up REALLY early. I'm still tired but it was worth it!
  9. Wow, I really like your figs, but this has got to be the best! The custom hood and knives are a great addition. Hopefully I'll get round to buying one this summer....
  10. I really like this truck, it makes my brain explode trying to work out how you did the functions! I wonder how it would look with a 4 wide or even a 6 wide car/van in the dumper/container.
  11. Great models, this is the kind of look i'm trying to get for my city. For the water maybe check out this- LEGO building technique: LEGO water
  12. On page 120 there are pics of the advent calendars for this year! Friends, city and star wars. Flying out of the star wars calendar is a tie fighter with what I think are new pieces for its wings!
  13. Yes. These are great! I'll probably get a sniper variant, it looks amazing.
  14. I have had great experiences at Cardiff lego store. A few years ago I went and my brother bought something for about £80. I bought something as well, and because we were entitled to a polybag, the employee gave my brother one, and then gave me one! Also related to polybags, I went to the Milton Keynes 2 years ago, and anyone who walked in the shop got to pick a polybag from a big cardboard box and keep it?!? I managed to pick up a batman 'jetboat surfer'!
  15. Found 2 1991 9V Speed Regulators in a toy shop yesterday, MISB for £40!
  16. I don't know if it should go here, but I have seen 2 4548 for £40 each in a local toy shop. I have been thinking about starting a train layout, and wondered if you would recommend picking this up.
  17. Another one is, by my friends, 'is that from instructions?' No, of course its not, why would i show you it if it was made from instructions....
  18. Great, my favourite is definitely the winter soldier! One thing though, is that wolverine has bone claws in DoFP, so maybe use the ones from here: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=9463-1
  19. wow, these are great, I wish could photograph that well...
  20. I don't like most, but I don't go this far- http://thebrickblogger.com/2012/08/sacrilege-what-happens-when-lego-burns/ The MegaBlocks halo figures are ok, but the joints are quite stiff
  21. Wow, this is great, but what have they done to the turtle!
  22. Wow! That's a great spaceship! I hadn't noticed all the details.
  23. Or Cut-Me-Own-Hand-Off Dhblah of Omnia. I LOVE these figs, I might have to use the jacket idea from the girl next to Dhblah/Dibbler.
  24. Do the windscreens fit together seamlessly? That would be the best solution to my spaceship MOC I plan on making..
  25. Agreed. Piggy guy - The minifig I was most looking forward to, and does not disappoint! I hope he's common like the chicken guy, I need an army! MWA HA HA HAAAA Prospector - This guy looks like he enjoys propelling himself through rock walls with explosives for fun, definitely a good thing! Spooky girl - Ok I guess, but her uses are somewhat limited, and she isn't very lego-y.
