Neat MOC you have here, at first sight of the thumbnail I just saw a rock covered in foliage, but the bigger picture revealed the robot to me. A short, sad little story accompanies the MOC very well, adding to the lonely look and feel to the MOC. ~Peace

Very nice! My only recommendation would be to put another cymbal upside down under the far right one (in the picture) as that is most likely the high-hat, which has two cymbals. Other than that, very cool! ~Peace

The newest decal is looking good. Looking forward to Saturday to see the final design. ~Peace

Those legs do go great with the Blacktron figures. Very nice. The Body Miners idea is certainly clever, with great looking minifigs. The Body Miners themselves (or himself) look nice, that's the thing I liked about Mars Mission, the white/orange colour scheme. The viruses look very nefarious too. And the Spaceman and Spacelady are also very neat. The Spacelady looks particularly nice in that black and purple outfit, it could make for a good looking villain type character. ~Peace

Star Wars Senate Guard custom minifig concepts

I think painting the BrickForge helmet would be your best option, and you keep your Clone helmet intact. I can't offer you advice on decals, however I can provide encouragement in saying that the plans for the torso are looking good so far and I look forward to seeing the final figure! ~Peace -
Very classy base, Laureano! It looks great, those windows are very slick. Agent Big Head's shair is very nice too, as is that awesome car you've got there. Great MOC! ~Peace

Good to see that it does indeed all fit together. So, when can we see it in the brick? Oh, I meant 100 NZD. I probably should have stated that. ~Peace

This set always struck me as strange. I was constantly wondering why a hot-dog vendor was selling chicken legs. Constantly being the 10 seconds after first seeing this set. Anyway, a sweet little review, packed with humour and great, detailed pics. Nice job. On a side note, Impulse sets have dropped in NZ too, from $6.99 to $5.50. Hooray! ~Peace

Awesome review, awesome set reviewer! Love the little comics at the end, and that tractor fact was very interesting. The mysterious blade of death is indeed intriguing... Great pics and great content, what more could anyone ask? Great job, svelte_corps! ~Peace

I like the cow horn Viking helmet! Reminds me of Asterix and Obelix, for some reason... ~Peace

The Baritones 2 Introduction & Discussion Thread

Well, I'm glad I'm on the reserve list. This'll give me an excuse a reason to read through thoroughly and play close attention to the going ons in the town of Moonlight. ~Peace -
I would be interested in participating in the Baritones Part Deux. ~Peace

Oof, the shipping for this is half the cost of the actual set. It'll be a good 295 NZD to get this. That's giving me second thoughts... ~Peace

Stunning MOC, SlyOwl! Great details and great techniques, you continue to be and inspiration. Keep up the fantastic work! ~Peace

Hehehe, fantastic MOC, SirNadroj! A great build, for one thing. And the minifig's faces are spot-on, fitting perfectly with the scene. I love how the shark catcher's clothes are all ripped, showing there was a struggle. Great job! ~Peace

Very cool, Black Rabbit. Looks like a scene straight from Fallout 3. I've been planning on doing one in a similar style, of a corner building from Fallout 3. I must say you've built yours well, and those planks over the windows look great. I'm a tad confused about the rabbit things though, I don't recall seeing them. I'll have to continue playing and see if I can find any. ~Peace

Haha, that's awesome. If it's got treads, I love it, and this is no exception. Very cool. I love how you've done that cabin as well, that's very cool. ~Peace

That's very cool, Copmike! I love it! ~Peace

A wonderful review of an absolutely stunning set. I can't wait to get my hands on it! ~Peace

A brown (not rown) chain comes in the Loader Dozer, a Rock Raiders set. It's also shorter than most chains. ~Peace

Well, this is ridiculous. What I particularly dislike is how Fox News made the Mr White bandit figure out to be a suicide bomber, saying that the grenades attached to the rubber band strap is actually "plastic bombs that can be attached to an explosives belt". It's just infuriatingly ridiculous. I do like Will and Badger's responses though, and the fact that this only dramatically increased product sales. ~Peace

Nice review, zorro3999! This is a very cool set, I didn't realise it fires in the way it does, I always just assumed it fired in, I don't know, some boring way. But this great siege dragon, rolling towards the enemy must have been an intimidating site, and even more so when it brought it's fire breathing face down to troop level whilst simultaneously launching large chunks of boulders at the enemy walls. Very cool, and a superb addition to any Dragon Knight's army. I'm sure Dragonator would agree. Oh yes, and a great little comic at the end too! ~Peace

Wow, that's neat. Love the horns and the wings, it all looks very intimidating. ~Peace

Hehe, that's gold! Love the puns! And I love that Bat-pod, it's just so awesome! Huge improvement on the first one, much more refined. The boat is looking very nice, and Joker's copter is the perfect balance between you first mod and TLC's version. Two-face's van looks good, but that sticker on the roof sticks out. Though only from the top view, and there's not much we can do about it anyway. Scarecrow's cart is quite neat indeed, I may use it for my medieval town. The vignette is very dark too, sure to drive any Trick-or-treater bats. ~Peace

Lookin' good! Now just hook him up with some of these: ~Peace
