Golden Lightling Guardian (White Lightling booster pack)
iamded replied to jeffrey's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I'm getting Bridge-walker versus White Lightning in 28 days, and if I can find a Golden Guardian here in New Zealand, I'm buying it. And I actually have the money this time! This is a really cool creation, I probably wont even build White Lightning, and just build this jet-pack! Awesome! *y* -
What comic are you guys talking about? Because the latest comic according to my computer is 29. No points for guessing what that new robot is.
-
I actually really like the castle bit, and the little building off to the side of the gates. This set reminds me a little of Pirates of the Caribbean. :-P I think the ship's pretty cool too, but I reckon they should make a bigger one. Ooo! And it comes with a frog! ^.^

I voted Aero Terminater, because it is awesome. It's Striking Venom merged with bridge walker, in super mech form! Although I also liked Storm Ogre and Kami Sentai. I really liked XO Tech Industries's Juno's guns. Especially the one in it's left hand, the big flame-thrower looking one. AWESOOOME!!

That really is amazing! That must have taken a lot of time and effort. Very creative, congratulations. ^.^

Wow. I don't have much, but I don't mind because it balances out with the human mechs I have, providing I take the Mobile Defence Tank away. Okay: Robots 1 Fire Vulture 1 Claw Crusher 1 Sentry 1 Sentry V2 (Dark red, from Gate Assault 7705) 1 Battering Ram vehicle (from Gate Assault 7705) Humans 1 Small Gate with sniper turret, twin missiles, cannon and laser beam 1 Gate Defender 1 Uplink (with 4 rockets) 1 Uplink (with 4 cannons) 1 Cyclone Defender 1 Grand Titan If I had money, I would have more, but I don't have a job, so yeah. :-$ And because I live in New Zealand, we don't have that much stuff.

Those are all very cool. My favourite is the Cauldron Born. The tank's pretty cool as well, I like that rotating gun. Awesome! ^.^

The idea of animal themed mechs is new to me, but I am liking this bunny. I must say it's very original, especially the giant carrot swords. I like it. ^.^

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, there are 17 pages to go through, but Ha-Ya-To's new mech is pretty pathetic by itself. I mean, sure, it could punch some things, and if those little yellow things are lasers then he would have some firepower, but without that jetpack, he's pretty much useless. And has anyone else seen this pic? That jet-pack's bigger than the mech itself! Still, I'll most likely end up buying this. X-D Also, here's a good pic of the big robot tank thing, you can see the robots stored inside and what I assume are the power generators, the big yellow domes which I guess join up to form trans-yellow power ball things. And I just realised, you can see the small robot crafts attached to the back of the main cannon 'head' of the tank.

Very cool! I especially like the head, rotating turret, hind legs, pretty much the whole thing! Nice idea for it's feet as well, like claws. Neat! *sweet*

Those are awesome! I like the design of Dead-eye, and the blaster arm of Renegade is awesome. Maverick is a name for a heavy armour/heavy weapon, big, chunky mech I reckon. Or Omega. Anyway, yeah, those are sweet! I really need to get a digital camera.

Those 3 mechs are awesome... I want them... :- EDIT: And those other 2 from day 4! I... need... money...
-
Heh heh. Nice! Vikings have discovered... technology! I wonder... Viking mechs...
-
What's not to like? They slice they dice, they don't rust or tarnish, they're extremely valuable, and they're great conductors of heat and electricity! This is what you get when you do too much science homework. She only looks tom-boyish due to the hair. If she had different hair, she could look very feminine indeed. Also, pink doesn't really suit her. Try dark blue.

That's ingenious! I made me some of them today, I love it! Had some fun over-running the human gate with feral robot apes, ah, good times. Although feral robot apes aren't very good at piloting mechs. (PS, off topic, any one else notice f is next to g? Like, good and food. Which is cool, 'cause food is good. Discovered this after a typo, accidently wrote 'ah, food times'. Thought I'd mention it.)

That's... pretty darn awesome! Can anyone show me to the other Viking Force creations? I'd love to see them.
-
Maybe they took the rest of base away, to make it a bigger, better, separate set?
-
There's bound to be a Sandy's Tree-dome set sooner or later. Or a sporty set with Sandy in it, like a karate one or something. Anyway, I'm getting carried away. Can anyone tell me what the hand holding the Chum Bucket bucket is? I'm guessing it's either rather detailed with quite a few bricks, or a single piece. Meh, I dunno. >.< :-/

Perhaps 7663 is the Hoth Base, but isn't in there because it isn't finished yet? I dont know anything about EU, but the Crawler (or 'Treadie as *yoda* calls it) looks neat. Probably because I like tanks, and it has treads. :-P I love treads! :-D :-D :-D

:-( That motor bike reminds me of the one from a megabloks set. (I only got it for the guns btw, but now lego has cool guns so yeah.) But the tank looks pretty neat, and yeah it reminded me of that British tank too. So it has Batman, the Riddler, and did someone say the guy on the bike is Bane? Looks to me like just another one of those henchmen they always seem to have in all the Batman sets. Don't think much of the other plane one. Seems kinda boring to me. :-(

Thanks legomilk! These look awesome, although unfortunately they won't be shipped to NZ. :-( Oh well, if they did I would definately get Chum Bucket. Mainly for all the gadgets and robots and stuff! :-D

I actually don't think these look too bad. I can just imagine having space battles between aliens and humans. I used to collect the old Life on Mars sets, but then they were discontinued before I could afford the rest. I managed to get the big base though. This base looks pitiful, but still a good addition if you were building up a moon base. Well, duh. I now have to debate whether to get these sets or the castle ones. I probably wont be able to afford all of these, let alone all these and the castle ones :-( . Darnit! Why'd I convince myself these sets were cool! :-P The alien ship in set 7691 (the big alien ship) looks almost organic. It's a shame we can't get a good look at those aliens. :-(

Im not digging the dragon. It's like a cross between Viking dragons (good) and Dino 2010 aka Dino Attack dinosaurs (bad). However, I love all the minifigs, and the Good castle is awesome. The evil castle is meh, but I'll still probably get it, providing I have enough money, and these sets get released in New Zealand. And is it just me, or does the skeleton's arms in this pic (http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=2236804) look like Starwars battle droid/Life on Mars alien arms?
