Thanks for your response! How is that accomplished? -
I'm trying to design a GBC that will use Duplo gears as a ball lift. I would like to be able to spin the gear using a technic axle! I have tried using 2x2 and 4x4 round bricks with axle holes in the back, but the fit is too sloppy. I have tried every wheel and wheel/tire I own. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

fine move and rotate pieces in STUDIO
1963maniac replied to SNIPE's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Using MLCAD I have done .5 degrees successfully. I have never needed a smaller increment. How many studs long are the yellow parts in your example? What are the two parts you've used? I'll try it in MLCAD. -
fine move and rotate pieces in STUDIO
1963maniac replied to SNIPE's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
You can do that fine rotation in MLCAD. Many times I have fine tuned MLCAD to less than 1 degree. I don't know if it retains the fine adjustment if you go back to Studio with it. -
I was also wondering how much system space it needs. It seems 2.1 GB are not enough.

This was on my Youtube: Has anyone used it? Do you like it? It's also under these youtube titles: "This App SCANS & SORTS Your Lego Bricks! @PILEOMETER" and "Does this LEGO Scanner work? #lego #pileometer".

I had the same problem wit PAB but using Yahoo on Chrome and McAfee's secure search. I agree!!! They drive me nuts!!! I order from PAB a lot because I live a long way from any type of Lego store. Please, TLG build a PAB for standard parts here in the USA!!!

Space is the final frontier for me too! It was needed at the beginniing of my collection and still is needed. After over 60 years, I have used many kinds of storage because of a growing collection, always growing. I do not display much of my Lego. Most of it is unbuilt. Selling my Lego has never been an option for me. I have come to the conclusion that I may have to start selling some Lego in order to have room for the new that I want. For me my Lego collection is starting to run out of space. Whenever I buy any Lego now, I have to consider also how I will store it. What will be the storage cost in addition to the cost of the Legos?

Killing mold on instructions and boxes
1963maniac replied to jodawill's topic in General LEGO Discussion
This seems like a lot of trouble. Wouldn't it be easier to replace it, reprint it or just get a digital copy? Don't risk getting sick from it! https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?I=6080-1#T=S&O={"rpp":"100","iconly":0} https://www.brickfactory.info/set/index.html No mold or mildew here. https://lego.brickinstructions.com/lego_instructions/set/6080/King's_Castle https://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-king-s-castle-set-6080-instructions -
Maybe one of these will help. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-11841/1963maniac/train-track-switch-controller/#details You can use a 24 tooth gear instead of a clutch gear. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-11390/1963maniac/motorized-switch-controller-for-train-tracks/#details https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-147294/BatteryPoweredBricks/low-profile-switching-machine-mod/#details
