    Let me introduce my very first MOC based on my first Technic set. For my 38th birthday I bought myself a sealed box of 42024 :-) I've built the A-model and let the kids to play with it for a week. Then I took it apart to start something new. After several days I decided to built a dump truck from the '50s. These are the main functions: - dumping - HoG steering - openable suicide doors - openable bonnet - fake inline 6 cyl engine - adjustable seats with integrated cupholders - adjustable steering wheel - windscreen wipers Any comments are welcome! :-) Thank you for watching!

    Ciao marco, I've checked the Lego LDD gallery page and I've found 3 of my models published by someone else. I'm sure most of his published models were originally created by you. I commented his entries pointing to the original EB posts. Let's see what the moderators will do with them.

    I would take some simple City sets for the beginning. Download some LXF from the Official Sets topic, take them apart by color and save a new lxf. Building the sets using the pdf instructions should be a good fun for the kids.

    @msx80, I saw the answer of the lwjgl forum admin, it seems the Norton product family is giving false positive alert for the dll. So I created a quick render of my latest builds. 42038 Arctic Truck. 888 pcs was rendered in 3:30 (800x600) on Intel Core i5-3320M (2 cores at 2.6GHz). Java.exe took 1GB of RAM. 42028 Arctic Truck B 5580 Highway Rig 42029 Customized Pick-up Truck (1060 pcs, 4 min) 42006 Excavator (694 pcs, 2:30 min) The tracks are not fully visible although they are above the horizon in the LXF file. I think the Transparent items needs some fine tuning, they are almost looking invisible/black. But I'm very satisfied with the results! Thank you for your great software!

    Hi msx80, The pictures are quite impressive! As a pure LDD builder I wanted to give a try. However, the lwjgl32.dll file in the native directory is infected by a Trojan according to my Symantec Endpoint Security: Trojan.Gen.SMH.2 Please take a look on it, a clean package would be better.     It's working. This is the example how to colour the arctic truck's tracks with fancy ( ) light green (#14) in 4 steps:

    Use the colour picker tool with the desired colour. Select a group of bricks you want to change then use paint tool on that group.
