  1. Thank you, would you be interested in semi tutorial video?
  2. Thank you. Here is the tutorial for the model.
  3. The pigeon can fit Lance and his Bot in the opening cockpit, the moving wings hide tiltable missile launchers, the beak can open and the whole neck can be tilted, same for the tail with jet thrusters. Underneath the tail you can find a storage space for Lance's lance and shield.
  4. LEGO TECHNIC 42057 Hovecraft Alternate My own alternate model I built using only the elements of the Ultra Light Helicopter 42057. The hovercraft has a rear wheel drive propulsion for the 2 cylinder straight engine and the propeller. The steering wheel controls two small wheels hidden underneath for easy maneuverability and the rudders can be moved from side to side.
  5. I actually like the set, what surprised me most is the absence of regular bricks and the low number of plates, but is is incredibly versatile. Soon I will post the next alternate which is a Pigeon Spacecraft.
  6. Lance's Cobra My 4th alternate of LEGO 70312 Lance´s Mecha Horse. The Cobra spaceship features attacking function, shooting missiles, hidden thrusters and articulated tail section. The head cockpit can fit Lance´s Bot and Lance can sit just behind the head of the snake. Building Tutorial available here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roegfumTByw
  7. Thanks everyone. The instructions are not planned so far. I still keep changing small details of the model :)
  8. Wyvern A two legged dragon built entirely using elements of the LEGO Technic 42052 Heavy Lift Helicopter. 4 motorized functions powered by 1 Medium motor. Length: 62cm Wingspan: 64cm Motorized Functions: neck and head movement tail swinging from side to side wings flapping tilting of the body Video coming soon, instructions not.
  9. Thank you very much guys. I did not expect to have so much fun with this set but model number 4 is in making. :) Here is the tutorial for this one if you feel like building it.
  10. Lance's Plane & Trike My 3rd alternate model of Lance's Mecha Horse. The plane features a spinning propeller, working missiles, opening cockpit and detachable shield. The trike rolls on the ground and uses Flamethrower's mohawk for aiming the arrow gun. Both the models are surprisingly solid.
  11. Lance's Dragster The second alternate build of LEGO NEXO KNIGHTS Lance's Mecha Horse 70312. The VTOL plane can tilt and spin all four engines, features opening cockpit and cargo bay, folds the weapons for mid-air jousting. Flamethrower is riding a combat scooter and Lance's bot is flying the hovershield. The building tutorial can be again found in my Youtube channel.
  12. Thanks everyone for the praise. These models were kind of a challenge and exploring uncharted territories for me but I had great fun. I hope to post the tuorial video for the dragster next week and after that posting it on EB as well.
  13. Lance's VTOL I would like to introduce my first alternate build of LEGO NEXO KNIGHTS Lance's Mecha Horse 70312. The VTOL plane can tilt and spin all four engines, features opening cockpit and cargo bay, folds the weapons for mid-air jousting. Flamethrower is riding a combat scooter and Lance's bot is flying the hovershield. The building tutorial can be found in my Youtube channel. And the original model.
  14. Thanks to Josef Athley the LDD file is available for the Duck. It is almost perfect and considering he has done it using just the video and photos, hats off. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/grohl/42040-duck-unofficial-c-model Happy building.
  15. Great work Alasdair. I shared the link for the instructions in the video description.
  16. Thanks a lot. I can see the legs on your version are not in the correct angle and the 9L beams should be white.
  17. In case you wanted to build the small bird yourself, these pics should make your job a lot easier.
  18. I am slowly turning 42052 into a snow wyvern (or two legged dragon - if you will). No military stuff and not another helicopter from a helicopter :)
  19. Not likely. I have less and less time to build and creating instructions always took a lot of time and was not really worth it, sorry. A few detailed pictures might be the maximum I can do if you are really interested.
  20. It has been years but I think it is appropriate to show you my latest two additions to the animal alternate collection. DUCK is an alternate of the 42040 Fire Plane. It moves the legs, wings and neck while you push it on the ground through the drive train from the bottom wheels that leads into the body of the bird. BLUE BIRD was built from my very first official set - the Twin Rotor Helicopter 42020. It can turn the head, you can pose the tail and the wings and they move simultaneously via simple gear drivetrain.
  21. It is this element White Boat Hull Unitary 52 x 16 x 5, Base (Belville Set 5848) http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=30215
  22. Or you can just build something as simple as this.
