  2. OoC: If we don't target the Hastened enemies, do they get two Free Hits?
  3. After the loot is divided and after Althior rests in the Sanctuary, I lead the party to the Raging Rapids.
  4. "The only one of us that isn't at full Health or Ether is Althior; he has a Bedroll already, so there's no need to trade any items right now. Let's go to the Sanctuary. "After that, I assume we'll head to the Raging Rapids or the Weeping Woods?"
  5. The rule that you have to take a Turn to switch artifacts in a battle was created after Quest 4.
  6. OoC: That works, too. We over-thought this, didn't we? I give a Grand Potion, two Remedies and a Venom to Dyric; I give a Grand Potion, a Remedy and a Deadly Venom to Xander; I give a Grand Potion, two Remedies and a Venom to Althior; I keep two Grand Potions and a Remedy for myself.
  7. I've said it before: TLG's definition of 'Battle Pack' seems to have changed. Where before it was "Packs to build your army to have big battles" it is now "Have a battle with just this one pack". (the old BPs even said "build your army" on the front - the new ones don't) Remember TLG's target audience - they're more likely to save up money to buy or get their parents to buy one set to have a battle than to buy multiple sets to build armies and then have a battle. And if they do army build, I don't think they're as picky as we are about the specialized minifigs they have duplicates of. I don't like the new BPs, and I fully agree with the army builders when they say they don't like the new BPs, but I can't argue with TLG's decision to change the BPs. (if it was indeed made based on what I've said)
  8. And I thought BasOne didn't play Heroica...
  9. Sorry for the late response. Like Pie said, a Cloak should be backwear and a Robe should be bodywear. I'm not sure how I've distinguished between the two types in the past, but that's how I'd call it if I dropped the item today. Oh, I see what you meant. In that case, it would be better for you to attack the Unicorn, to kill it faster, right? The only way to not use a Remedy or continually heal you is to end the battle faster.
  10. "I was thinking that the three of us could take the Unicorn while Master Rone takes the Adder, being Lucky. Even if the Unicorn restores itself to full Health, it's already Poisoned and we can wait it out once Master Rone takes out the Adder. As long as I keep dealing hits, the Unicorn will remain Blinded and unable to deal Damage to us with its other Special. "
  11. "Nice job, Master Emorith. "If Master Emorith's got the Unicorn, the rest of us shall attempt to take down the last Dryad." I attack Dryad B from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. "I'll go first and take the Adder's Free Hit. Master Rone should go before Master Unth'or, because he could kill Dryad B, which would allow Master Unth'or's greater amount of Damage dealt to be directed at an enemy with higher Health." Order of Actions: Bartholomew Docken Dyric Rone Xander Unth'or Althior Emorith
  12. I must say, Quest 51 is turning out to be a very exciting quest to follow. With Flipz, Tanma and all their special items, it's turning out to be a great example of making the best use of the items you have. (and, no, not just because they're using what I consider to be the most powerful and unique piece of loot I've ever dropped )
  13. ...and yet none of them properly capture the angles of the 'real' Snowspeeder. We've gotten a lot of them, but we've gotten a lot of remakes of other craft, and there's definitely room for improvement in the T-47's case.
  14. They don't sell them directly; they only give them away. (for spending a certain amount on a certain day, buying a certain set, going to a certain event, etc.) When you see someone selling them just by themselves, it's another retailer, not TLG.
  15. Probably should've made the Special increase his SP by one or two instead of doubling. Now with the successful use of the Scroll of Armor Sundering, he'll never have any SP at all.
  16. OoC: I didn't realize I'd used the Briar Bow instead of the Darksteel Crossbow. "Alright, I'll target the Unicorn again; its Blindness is about to wear off. Master Rone, take the Adder; Master Unth'or and Master Althior, Dryad B." I attack the Unicorn from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. Order of Actions: Xander Unth'or Bartholomew Docken Dyric Rone Althior Emorith
  17. I think a Hunter's first move should be to get a Hunter's Quiver to favor two types. It has the potential to be as game changing for the class as the Witch's Talisman is for the Witch.
  18. "Master Althior, please switch to Dryad B. Otherwise, the Free Hit order will be thrown off, and you'll end up taking all the Creepers' Free Hits."
  19. "Master Emorith, can you survive the Poison for a few Rounds? "Everyone, take down Dryad B!" I attack Dryad B from the Back Row with my Briar Bow. "The Unicorn's Free Hit will miss Master Unth'or, Dryad A's Free Hit will miss Master Rone, Master Emorith can easily take the Adder's Free Hit, and I'll absorb the Creepers' Free Hits." Order of Actions: Xander Unth'or Dyric Rone Althior Emoirith Bartholomew Docken
  20. By the way, if you don't want to change your playing style and you plan to go for Mime, I think Warden's the only class in which the only change to your powers is entirely beneficial. The only power the Ranger has that the Mime doesn't is Aura, and Sentinel is usually just as good or better than Aura, and being part Cleric, the Mime can still heal himself without using Ether by rolling Shield. (you could argue that the Aura can intercept bad effects and Sentinel only prevents Damage, but by the time you get to Mime, you're probably facing enemies powerful enough that you don't want to intercept all the bad effects - and you're part Rogue, so you can always try to get some Gold and buy Elixirs, which become worth buying at the high stats of that high Level)
  21. EB is a community aimed towards AFOLs and discussion. As such, we do not encourage these 'list topics' in which members merely post an answer to a question and rarely discuss things. Additionally, we already have topics for members to list their purchases in. There's the "What's your recent LEGO Star Wars purchase?" thread, right here in the Star Wars forum, and there's the "What did you buy today?" thread over in Community. We don't need to have threads for members to list what they plan to buy in addition to the threads we already have for members to post in after they buy something. If you have something to discuss regarding a set you plan to buy, or if you need help deciding what to buy, you can post in a review of that set, in the General Star Wars Questions thread or in the Which set should I buy?" thread in General Discussion. You can also PM each other if you just want to compare lists of sets you plan to get, but we don't need a topic just for that.
  22. Well, just for my class, the strength of the Warden is that he has the potential to be the ultimate tank. He has a Shield that prevent his allies from being damaged, he can heal himself, he can carry a shield, and he can fight from the Back Row. The Weakness is that in order to take advantage of all that requires a significant investment, and you're probably also going to need a few Health-restoring Potions also.
  23. As Flare proved, though, you have to invest in a good shield if you're going to play Warden, otherwise Aura will kill you. (and it almost killed me, even with 15 Defense)
  24. Agreed. It was great when DD did it, and it looks great here.
