  1. Bartholomew Docken is born.??? Bartholomew Docken joins Heroica. Bartholomew Docken becomes a Warden. ??? Bartholomew Docken becomes a Mime. ??? Bartholomew Docken retires because his SP is so high that no QM wants to balance enemies for him.
  2. "Okay, let's get Master Rone healed and then arrange the Free Hits so Master Unth'or survives. Master Unth'or, I know you deal the most Damage, but our goal in this Round should be to keep everyone standing, so please give Master Rone a Grand Potion. Master Rone, you're Lucky; take Aepyornis A. Master Emorith's got White Rabbit E, so I'll take White Rabbit B." I attack White Rabbit B with my Darksteel Crossbow from the Back Row. Order of Actions: Bartholomew Docken Dyric Rone Althoir Emorith Xander Unth'or
  3. I know there're definitely classes that I want to try out with my second character that simply aren't compatible with Docken's equipment. My second character's storyline and class choices are better planned and more fleshed out than my first's.
  4. You enter by posting an MOC during the time when entries were accepted (which has passed). If your name appears on the calendar, you PM CopMike the address to send your prizes to.
  5. Argh, now I all want to do is take a big brown Jabba with a gun and drop him on today's model. The UCS Shuttle's basically a really big version of what I considered to be the best model in the '11 calendar, so I can't say I disagree with the decision. I look forward to seeing it in physical bricks. Day Six. It's an invasion army. Midi-scale OOM Security Droid is an odd move for the Trade Federation. On the bright side, it's better than last year's battle droid. I. Hate. Miniland. Battle. Droids. 2012StarWarsAdvent_Day6.lxf
  6. If it doesn't use a bow and a shield and doesn't have a high HP bonus, it doesn't fit my character.
  7. OoC: Of course, now I successfully Blind something. Do Rows not apply to Skeleton Decoys? (it would make sense if SP didn't, but the Decoy was used from the Back Row, and logically we could have placed it farther back from the enemies)
  8. There's an artifact that protects against Petrified, right? I could use that and the Rock Candy if you didn't want to give me the Doctor's Treat.
  9. OoC: Since you're going to wait for Legonater to confirm his action (as opposed to running the Round with him Fleeing), it can't hurt for me to get mine in... I attack the Hungry Bear from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow.
  10. Unless someone does a bow-shield Expert Class, it's Warden all the way until Mime for me. You mean immortality can't be my entire goal in this game?
  11. I plan to eventually host another quest with the Lions. No idea when, though. And we do need more Shadeaux quests.
  12. I still haven't gotten paid back for the last time you borrowed Gold from me...
  13. Do I get a say in this? Because if you don't pay him, I think the deal I have with swils involves transferring your debt to me.
  14. I think someone asked this before, but I can't remember what the answer was. Power is WP+Level, so I calculate +n Power after I add the WP and Level but before any further modifiers. (or just after WP, in the case of Aim) I calculate +n WP first, adding it to the WP before anything else. WP, Level and +n Power/WP are all calculated with addition before any multipliers, so I don't think there's any difference in the end result in normal battle, but I do differentiate between the two.
  15. OoC: No, take the White Rabbit. We don't want anyone getting Slowed. (the only reason I was targeting the Aepyornis was because I could Blind it and we needed to cut down on Free Hits) >Dyric Rone uses a Phoenix Essence on Bartholomew Docken >Xander Unth'or uses a Skeleton Decoy >Bartholomew Docken vs. Hungry Bear >Althior Emorith vs. White Rabbit B This is all Out Of Character, of course. posades' Order should coincidentally be the same, but Xander has no idea what I just said.
  16. OoC: Actually if we went with that, I'd take the Hungry Bear. Because if I Blinded Aepyornis A, then Xander'd take more Damage, but if I take the Hungry Bear instead, Althior'd take less Damage. (and even if I rolled Special Damage, 21 Damage per Round doesn't get past my shield) Shall we go with that? I think that's the best plan.
  17. We must accelerate our plans. Begin landing Day Five. My lord, is that Midi-scale MTT? I wouldn't say that this was a tough as the Gungan Sub, but... wow. I don't think I realized before how many angles the MTT mixes with curves. The nose of the vehicle is a jumble of hinges and bricks at different angles. I ended up adopting a layered plate approach, adding actual angled or curved parts only where it was obvious that the 'real' thing was significantly angled or curved. It's sort of a simplified shape, but I like the way it turned out, and I think it manages to avoid the sort of unrefined look of some of TLG's models (usually of Star Destroyers) that use the stacked plates technique. 2012StarWarsAdvent_Day5.lxf
  18. OoC: If Legonater revives me, you (posades) use a Skeleton Decoy, I take an Aepyornis and K-nut takes a White Rabbit, then the Free Hits would be: (assuming I don't Blind the Aepyornis) Aepyornis A+Volt Ant A (19+7)/2=13 Damage; Skeleton Decoy: 7 HP, Dyric: 5 HP Aepyornis B+Volt Ant B ((19+7)/2)-5=8 Damage; Skeleton Decoy: 0 HP, Xander: 13 HP Aepyornis B+White Rabbit E ((19+17)/2-15=3 Damage; Docken: 40 HP Hungry Bear (21/2)-4=8 Damage; Althior: 20 HP So, yes, that could definitely work, as long as you don't mind using the consumables. The only ones targeting enemies would be K-nut and myself, and we'd have high Health, so I don't think there's any danger there.
  19. OoC: posades, give the Order. Legonater, you might want to add a conditional statememt to your action and posades, you should put Legonater last. For example, "I Flee, unless Althior rolls Magic Burst, in which case I target the Hungry Bear."
  20. OoC: I think he wanted you to Flee, not use up a consumable.I'm just, uh... reflexively clarifying, not giving orders while unconscious.
