  1. "Master Emorith has the Phoenix, Master Rone has the Carp, very good. Master Unth'or, your Critical Hit will take down Rainbow Frog B, but it isn't strong enough to take down the Angry Crab. We need to reduce the Free Hits; switch to Rainbow Frog B and I'll take the Angry Crab." I attack the Angry Crab from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. Order of Actions: Bartholomew Docken Xander Unth'or Dyric Rone Althior Emorith
  2. Praiter Yed - 2 Points Oky - 1 Point
  3. No sleeping during mafia Heroica.
  4. We still have the Aquamarines from the Aquaphant. Also, we should probably actually win the battle before we decide what to charge for the loot. MegaBlokin' Aura!
  5. I figured out how to solve that: the wand is worth around 900 Gold, and Althior has nine gems. Each gem is worth 100 Gold. We'll just charge him eight gems (other than the Aquamarine) for the wand, and split the gems among posades, Legonater and myself. We get gems; Althior gets the wand and can use its powers as an Evoker; Pie doesn't have to worry about all the Finnegans. Win-win-win!
  6. I'll move these posts to Show Your Army; you'll probably get better answers from army builders over there.
  7. This is an exceptional MOC. I always love smooth and studless patterns created with SNOT, and you've done a great job in that area on the wings. The starfighter melds beautifully with the hyperdrive ring, and the stand it its smooth and minimal blackness completes the model as an elegant display piece. If I may make a suggestion, I think the cockpit looks a little off, somehow, and that's a hard thing to get right with a fighter as compact as this one. If you moved it up a plate or two and elongated it by adding a 4-wide cone to the back, would the proportions look better? This is already an excellent build. Welcome to EB!
  8. "Alright, I'll take a Health Core, bringing my Health back up to 86, then the six Free Hits will drop me back to 43, and I should be able to survive anyone else's taking Damage. "Master Emorith already has the Phoenix, Master Rone, take the Magic Carp, Master Unth'or, the Angry Crab. That'll leave the six enemies with the lowest Levels and minimize the Damage I take from Free Hits." I use a Health Core from the Back Row. Order of Actions: Bartholomew Docken Xander Unth'or Dyric Rone Althior Emorith
  9. Actually, a Skeleton Decoy won't work; the Damage of six Free Hits will be 115-20=95 Damage after the Decoy, then 95/2-15=33 Damage to my 29 Health.
  10. I was trying to avoid using consumables, but, yeah, it looks like it'll have to be a decoy or a Health Core.
  11. OoC: Can I be Remedied of the Aura effect?
  12. And after all that enemy HP and all those Specials, what puts Docken in danger of being Knocked Out is my rolling what's supposed to be the best possible result.
  13. OoC: Or, actually, if the Aura lasts for 1 Round, and you ran it as beginning with my Turn in this Round, shouldn't it end just before my Turn next Round, before any of the Free Hits take place? Oh, wait, it says "duration of the next round". My bad.
  14. "Aw, MegaBloks! "Because of the Aura, I can see no situation in which I won't be Knocked Out next Round. The combined Free Hits of the five least powerful enemies will deal exactly 29 Damage, and I have 29 Health. But to heal myself to survive that, I'd end up taking Free Hits from the six least powerful enemies: 43 Damage." OoC: Sandy, since I have the Aura, can I heal myself past the 43 Health I normally have?
  15. "Master Emorith, Earth doesn't affect Flying monsters, and the Phoenix is Fiery and Flying. Use Water, Wind or Lightning instead."
  16. He could always go back to being a Mage. Or switch over to Evoker, with all those gems.
  17. "Sounds good. The difference of 1 SP between yourself and Master Emorith won't be a huge difference against the Phoenix, anyways."
  18. "Change of plans: I'll take the Magic Carp, Master Unth'or, take the Phoenix, Master Emorith, take a Rainbow Frog. Master Rone, swap out the Aqua Gear for the Loaded Die. Master Unth'or, you're going to have to take two Free Hits."
  19. Oh, I forgot about that rule. And for some reason, I never noticed that Sages can't use physical attacks.
  20. Can't Althior use it? Mages can use Wands. That wand's basically like having four scrolls and a WP: 12 weapon and being Hastened. The wand by itself is already worth 680 Gold, the four scrolls, 200, and the ability to use them both at the same time should make this weapon worth around 900 Gold. (though higher WP weapons get dropped often enough that a weapon of high WP isn't often worth what it would cost to get one in the Marketplace)
  21. Queen Amidala (and other variants of Padme other than the Menace Tatooine one), Tauntaun, Rancor, Palpatine's Arrest, Boussh, Death Star Troopers, extensive leg printing... all things that we'd wanted for a long time before they were released in sets. They're not immediately seen after we voice our desire for them, but that's understandable, considering that TLG's planning sets far in advance and also has to work with Lucas Licensing to decide which sets to do and what to include in them. Not just in Star Wars, but in all LEGO products across all themes, I think TLG's done a great job of working things we want into the sets that they think will sell well.
  22. The operating table and the robot arm above it have that clean, LEGO-ish quality that comes from use of SNOT and tilesto cover studs, which I love to see in creations. At the same time, this vignette has the cluttered and dark feel of the scene from Sith, which is photographed perfectly with the effect of the LifeLites in the last picture.
  23. OoC: Can't Dyric equip two artifacts, the Loaded Die and the Aqua Gear, at Level 15? "Okay, nine enemies, so we're going to end up taking five Free Hits. I'll absorb the Free Hits from the Wishing Starfish and the Mellow Crab, and the Rainbow Frogs have the lowest Levels of the other enemies, so you three should take Free Hits from them. That leaves the Phoenix, the Magic Carp, one Rainbow Frog and the Angry Crab. "Master Rone, you can't Damage an Aquatic enemy, so take the Phoenix. I'll take the Magic Carp. Master Unth'or, you have a higher Defense than Master Emorith, so attack the Angry Crab while Master Emorith attacks one of the Rainbow Frogs." I attack the Magic Carp from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. Order of Actions: Bartholomew Docken Xander Unth'or Dyric Rone Althior Emorith
