Kiray borrows the honed axe. "Thanks, although I hope my crossbow will be more help."

Kiray swallows past a lump in her throat at the mention of the man. She equips her crossbow and takes a defensive position. "Can we not argue about inside voices right now?" Kiray whispers to the two. "Hopefully Karie has got this." She looks to the scientist. "Is there anything we can do to move things faster?"

"We're putting the band back together."

Picked up Destiny's Bounty, Minifigure Factory, Racecar CMF guy, and some PAB pieces today. I'll probably grab the UCS Slave I in the next few weeks.

"Damn," Kiray let out a whistle. "2000 gold? That's a bit too much for what we have. Say, is the Stealth Shadow around? He and I go a way back. If he was here, I'd love to see him, even if he couldn';t join us." Kiray then begins to hum the tune her mother taught her thatthe Stealth Shadow noticed, just in case. Kiray kept humming the tune in her head when she heard the knocks. "A day early? Well, that's more efficient than most governments." The Warden went to the door and intimidated "Give us a second to open the door! Do you haver any idea how many locks are on this thing? We're scientists trying to protect our information from corporat espionage." She turns to the rest of the party and the scientists. "This should give us a few moments. Hopefully. If not, well, this won't be happy.|

"The automata are some amazing piece of technology. I was lucky enough to work with one. Now, if I may ask, is it possible you would be willing to sell one to us? It could come in handy with what's going down."

Kiray studies the seal, but it doesn't have meaning to her. "Those automatons are pretty useful. And that's what they're calling themselves now? What a bunch of malarkey."

"You want to explain that?" Kiray asks as she searches around.

Sounds like the show Black Sails. That would be a cool theme.

"I can do that," Kiray says as she accepts the items. "Something tells me these are going to be handy." "Well, stranger things happen," Kiray says. She sticks out a hand. "Kiray. I worked with your colleague Dr. Nicole Tesla awhile back. Is she faring well?"

Kiray's eyes narrow at being called out by the others, but she lets it slide. "I've dealt with TriTech before, they're decent people, at least those I met. If Ji Pei is out, hopefully it will be easier. Alliances naturally form and break, and whether Ulric still wants to become king is secondary to the threat we're dealing with, but I think we all know that."

Emile and a guard moved to a small fountain the Faith had erected on Terraversa. While not religious particularly, Emile tossed a few coins in, praying he would be home to Elise soon. He recieved letters freom her about the gathering in King's Harbor and how well their rum fared. Fairly well. But he still had work to do. Emile stood outside the fountain the Faith and his contact in Terraversa told him to be. It was a small fountain, but the Faith had erected it, so Emile felt obligated to visit it. He waited for two hours, but he dared not leave. Luckily there was a RNTC guard to keep him company. Paul, he learned, had a wife named Sophie back home, Paul even showed a small portrait of her. But they still waited, even after running out of topics to converse about. Finally, the contact showed. Emile faced away, trying to look to those passing by that he was not meeting with the man. But then he heard the voice. "The Huntess wants to meet with you." Emile felt his heart stop. It was him. "Captain?" "I'm glad to know you still refer to me as that," Emile Perrault's former captain said. "So tell me why you found me." "I didn't find you," Emile retorted. This man had nearly ruined Emile. "You just happen to be here. I'm on other business, and you happen to be the contact." "Yes, your side." The captain grinned. Emile swallowed bile. "What are you doing here?" "This place let me stay here," his malevolent former captain said. "And why leave. And I know you won't harm me. You need my contacts. You'll need them after I pass them on so you can verify them. And once you do I'll be on my way to the next port." Emile gritted his teeth. "I'm doing good things now with the RNTC and Oleon. I don't need you." "Sure you don't," the contact said. "You don't need me, but you need the contacts. So I'll let you know The Huntress wants to meet with all of you before she commits to your cause. You've passed all the previous meetings. She's next. See? Don't you see I have helped you?" With that, Emiile's former contact left the area, under the cover or protection of loyalists. Emile felt his fists clench, but he knew he needed to report his findings.

While not a horror film, Annihilation definitely scared me at points. It was really well done, aside from some bits of dialogue and delivery from minor characters. Tomb Raider wasn't a great movie by any means, and predictable especially if you played the reboot games, but it was a fun watch.

Kiray gives a quick bow to the woman. "Kiray Nastayo, ex-Hero. As the others have stated, there's a multitude of reasons why we're here and the questions were asking. Also, you're one of the very few people to treat us with respect since this whole debacle began. Why?"

Seriously, how did we manage to turn that around? I think if that didn't happen, the game would've been a town win.

Thanks! I finally survived a whole game, and I played really scummy this game. Good job fellow teammates, and there's some promising new mafia players amongst the town. Hope to play with you guys again!
