April 618 Dealing with Pirates | KotZ | Oleon Not sure if we're still registering freebuilds, but here's mine for April.

A small Oleander tradeship had left port and started sailing to deliver some exquisite rum crafted by the Perreault family. Unfortunately, when they were out at sea, they noticed there was a stowaway breaking into the goods. Luckily though, this ne'er-do-well was a wanted pirate and they found a small island out in the sea. What better way to deal with pirates than stranding them during low tide? It's been awhile since I've been able to do a physical MOC, just due to being away from my full collection. Luckily the PAB wall at my local store had some great pieces recently and the figures from the UCS Slave I could work for Oleon.

I'd like to think that these muted colors and length of Ninjago has shown TLG that more "realistic" castle themes are doable. If that includes orcs and elves, I don't care; I would like something that's not Nexo Knights and a little less bright than the latest Fantasy/Kingdoms line, although I do really love those green Dragon knights. But realistically, I think the next Castle theme will be colorful, but not as colorful as the JellyBelly Knights of Jayko and crew, although the last two waves were better for colors.

It might be a northeasterner thing. I know some of my family from upstate NY pronounces it like that. Haven't met almost anyone elsewhere in the States who do the same.

Same! I also got Han Solo's Landspeeder, the UCS Slave I, another Minifigure Factory and the Darth Vader Anniversary Pod.

I went in with low expectations and still found it enjoyable. I actually liked Cara Delevingne's acting in this, which surprised me. The visuals were great, and it definitely rekindled my love for sci-fi.

That movie would have been 100x better if they cast someone else for Valerian instead of Dane Dehaan.

I'd love to play. Besides, everyone knows the best character is the Jawa.
