This doesn't interest me one bit. I'm guessing it'll be like this from 1995 and this from 1999. How disappointing, I was hoping for more "real" space stuff. I might have a dark age next year haha... PS the only town sets I ever bought myself were race cars or POLICE. I loved police. Lego, transformers, matchbox cars, micro machines, if there were police I wanted them.

Well, I paid for them previously but they came into my possession today. 6081 King's Mountain Fortress, 7097 Troll's Mountain Fortress, 7949 Prison Carriage Rescue, 7953 Jester, 7955 Wizard, 852921 & 852922 Kingdoms Battle Packs. How exciting!!!

I know it's too late now, (nice MOC btw!) but what would make this really cool is if the back part was removable so you could have a standalone ski vehicle speeder thing (somewhat resembles the cockpits from Deep Freeze Defender) and a big engine/guns add-on. That would make it perfect for 80s sci-fi/action cartoons! You could easily have a fleet of these in different colours with slightly different clip-on rear sections!

Arrived yesterday, picked it up from the depot today. 18 days total. It says on the courier label the distribution centre is in Singapore, but on the box the sticker says it shipped from Billund, Denmark. The spaceman magnet figure came included (I understand some have received it separately). Typical, a Bricklink mega lot and an eBay item also arrived last night/today so tonight I'll have 2 castles, 7 small or medium sets, the new Kingdoms impulses and some minifig packs to open & build... and I want to take photos... and I want to build them ALL tonight. Don't think I'll have enough time to enjoy the moment somehow, haha.

I think you should let others be the judge of whether you have a perfectly good body or not... haha. Could not resist after seeing the topic subtitle, and sorry, but I don't have the part you're after. At least you get a laugh.

I agree there. I think it's often better to leave it as it is, if someone else has already posted after you. Otherwise add a footnote explanation for what was edited. I would be more inclined to encourage members to use the "Preview Post" button instead, it gives you a chance to see & fix your post before you show the entire world your skills in proof-reading! Haha. Also if you're "arguing" (vehemently differing in opinion etc) it allows some heat to wear off, and you might retract what you were about to get yourself banned for saying before saying it. (I just corrected some fragmented grammar after using the preview button.) Thanks for the good post Blackicep8ntball, I think the rest is spot on.

Nice update! The tinyfigs will look great when you get some little knives or daggers. I like the horses too.

ummmmmmm.... according to my memory we had (radio) ads for T**w**** in the 80s & 90s with the opening line "I don't wanna grow up" & ending with "T**w**** is for kids" but I couldn't decipher the rest as it was sung by children with their pants pulled up to their necks. (ie very high)

I've heard that in the UK, Space Police 3 sets are only being sold online or in Lego shops. Anywhere else that sells Lego won't have them. Noone seems to know why this is either.

The only way to appear credible (and not be exposed as a double agent - let alone orchestrator of the whole thing) was to have the other side wiped out. Since most of the Separatist force were droids and not organic life, it would be easier to just sweep them under the carpet. Apart from Geonosians, there aren't many beings to kill to keep silent. Also, the Separatists were the "instigators" of the war, so he'd look better if they were defeated by his leadership. His other hurdle was the Jedi. Of course, that was what this was all about, wiping out the Jedi without seeming the villain.

Went to K-Mart last night, they've moved the Lego and the range was much better than usual. First time I've seen impulse sets in there. SP3 ones I spent a year getting annoyed about not finding anywhere. Well too bad, I've got as many of them as I want already, so K Mart's impulses can rot on shelf. I saw the Lego games, now I understand. I thought they were going to be computer games & was wondering what the fuss was about! (Big deal, what's new about that?) Haha they look pretty cool. Questions: anyone used S@H before? What time-frame should I anticipate for delivery? Do they post from Denmark or locally? I'm kinda over rushing home from work before the post office closes to see if there's a card in the letter box (and finding that there isn't - sigh, looks like it's a movie night again).

I don't doubt there's the money & resources to create that stuff, but not in that time-frame. Any invention would take a long time to go from ideas through design through production to roll-out?

Time to get out the atlas, mate! From what we've heard, series 1 is still very common in Germany. Just try a trip over the border to find series 2?

They're talking about modding the figs. She SHOULD have medium blue or sand blue hands (depending) is the point - she does not wear gloves.

I think it's a reasonable beef. Surely the sets in the same line are supposed to be compatible with each other? The Kingdoms catapults don't really fit through the castle or tower gates either (from memory). It would be so much better if they could be kept behind the defence during a siege instead of out where it's vulnerable.

Some good points by everyone. Well done to Arealight, but TLG's version looks so much more like Aayla Secura. The official pieces are more versatile and although I like the idea of the curved torso, it doesn't look quite right. The colours on the custom don't look right either. The lekku are too spaghetti-like. The face looks like an angry sith out for revenge instead of a stoic jedi concentrating on the force. TLG's printing fits the clone wars character perfectly.

but who ever heard of a Lego minifig with ears?!? No, I think the current Kingdoms line is fantastic. Back to the roots: knights and castles, men on horses or foot with basic weapons. But it's done better than the originals, it's more lively in appearance. It's like a good cover version of an old song.

Haha, good post. More Lego Jedi please. There's hardly any. How long did the clone wars go for? 3 years? How much technology and production can the separatists come up with in 3 years? I think it's reeeeeeally far fetched!

Shame (maybe they ran out?), I placed an order last friday, didn't even know about the freebie until the checkout. So I suppose I'm expecting 2 packages then? About the helmet: I think the "new" (20 years ago it was still new) helmet looks awful without a visor. I have replaced all my classic figs' helmets with the "new" (not the SP3 2010 new) version in that colour and added a trans light blue visor. (The only really common colour not used in Space.) Looks a million times better.

I died and went to heaven. The biggest problem with this video besides the buildings going down too quickly, the goliaths shooting rockets at a building, the barracks producing units so quickly, the carriers turning up so early, "carrier has arrived" voice over when the player is Terran... is that it was totally awesome.
