  1. Come on Jammie, we're waiting! I want to see your response...
  2. Majestic!
  3. Never! I'll be building with Lego in my grave! AFOLs unite!
  4. Now, now. I can see the difference, I just don't think it's a huge enough difference to be a big deal requiring replacement - I just think some people are overreacting. It's only plastic toys, guys, not the end of the world. Should we have sent back our wolfpack shields in a fit because some of them look brown around the edges? It doesn't look awful or anything.I should've put a "haha" on the end of my other post - I don't seriously think you need your heads replaced (I was exaggerating), but I do think it's a smaller deal than some are making it out to be. Does that sound reasonable?
  5. The question was actually how big it would be.
  6. My word, if that's the "pink" problem then I think the real problem is with the heads of you complainers, get THEM replaced. Even I'm not that anal.
  7. I recently bought season 1 on Blu Ray, after buying a drive to play them ages ago. Looks really good... I was hoping season 2 would be released on disc before season 3 started (so I could watch it in full quality - as opposed to *ahem* dl version) but unfortunately not. Still tossing up as to whether I'll wait until I have the season 2 discs (next month) before watching the new episodes.
  8. Someone should change your title then? 2nd in line?
  9. He means set 7947 Prison Tower Rescue. Tiny pic but you get the idea.
  10. Yeah, it's almost ebay.com.au prices...
  11. Whenever you repaint a house if the new colour is light and the old one dark you have to do an extra coat - exact same principle.
  12. Ah, I see. Was wondering why there weren't grooves everywhere. put 4 plates on top of each other, in alternating colours, then put a tile on top. Turn them up sideways. Slide into a hole made for a brick 2x wide. Got it? Clever, eh?
  13. Have a look: joined today, banned today. Take no notice.
  14. It's very sadistic & cold blooded, kissing someone before you kill them. A sure sign that someone is a complete lost cause.
  15. If someone has many (as in MANY) MISBs of known production date they would care to open & analyse the pieces we could create an accurate & detailed photographic history of bricks/pieces and your answer would be found in that.
  16. If only I was anywhere near a TRU.
  17. In American English it's called "food coloring" and in everywhere-else English it's called "food colouring"! In Australia they come in small glass bottles... etc etc.Primary uses: cake icing, white chocolate (as shown above), & playdough. It is not recommended that playdough be eaten, however. It's a bit salty! (but who never tried it as a kid?)
  18. Perfect! Looks just like it. Only thing is, does the octo-pod detach to swap with the other sets, haha.
  19. Nice idea for the set on stage, but shouldn't they be in costume? Or maybe it's just a rehearsal. That song was rubbish, I don't know how it charted. Must've been an anthem for teen girls or something. I remember changing the words to "Why do we have to hear this song? Because it sucks poo." She was a pretty hot Doctor Who girl though, haha.
  20. For some reason they are merely attached by 1 technic pin, so they can rotate around... a little too well for my liking. I assume you refer to the ones on the front wings and not the engines at the back. It's not terrible, but I don't like it. And the Max Security Transport was "limited edition" everywhere, but they had plenty here when SP3 was first released and then again just before Christmas. (2009)
  21. This is not what I'd typically draw if asked to draw a letter/mail box - but I suppose if you live in city apartments they do often look like this. Certainly not common in suburbia. I'd say letter box or mail box. Usually letter, unless I was saying "I'll just go and get the mail (from the mail box)". The other thing you're referring to (Australia Post box thing) I would call a post box. Funnily enough they are a similar shape to this image in question!
  22. Looks fantastic! What an expensive project, and an excellent scene for re-making films...
  23. So far I have no pink knights. All my Kingdoms sets were either bought in Australian shops or from S@H, (ie all European versions). edit: or pink shields or barding
  24. Finally remembered to get the photo off the camera. I also found another middle bit in my bag of jewels (Lego jewels I mean). In addition to the photo and what I mentioned in the previous post.
