This bus looks to be a cross between the common square shaped booze bus that has no middle door & the windows run all the way along, and the angle fronted ones with the big angled stripes down the side plus a side & back door. I like how you slide/fold out the side door, nice detail. So, do the police provide an orange crim uniform + beanie for everyone who blows over .05? I hope that is a digital clock on the wall, and that the sailor didn't just blow 12% BAC... (he would be dead of course) I'm fairly sure that in all 6 states police wear dark blue, with a light blue shirt (and sometimes a hi-vis jacket). Hats do differ though.

I assumed after a short time of deliberation that it was as a courtesy to the young audience for us to hear it in translation as C3PO would understand it (as you say). Of course, the tradition in Star Wars (when it's an adult audience) is to hear some alien language, possibly subtitled, possibly not, then hear C3PO's response. The thing I found a bit annoying was that their tribal chanting used the standard European music scale... it was too "contemporary" sounding for my liking... I did like the tree thingies though.

Was Mace Windu being sarcastic? It doesn't really make sense otherwise, but if he wasn't genuinely thanking them he maybe should've said something a bit more obvious like "where were you guys (while I was kickin' MF *bottom*, but then needed you when Whinykin cut my hands off)?".

At least there's one other person on this site who appreciates the animation and doesn't just focus on the plot. I thought the first 3 episodes were brilliant in how the underwater movement was carried out. Obviously none of you have any experience or interest in animating. I love the animation of The Clone Wars, and since it's a kid's show, I can overlook smallish plot holes. My favourite part of this was the unexpected appearance of Dooku, and his pure class in battle. He really looks like he's doing it in his sleep, with all the time in the world. I noticed his face is more detailed and his beard looks infinitely better now. Padme too, she looks more natural compared to the "Polyester Girl" sort of appearance previously. I really hope Grievous gets something soon, he's had some misfortune. He was so pissed off in this episode! Made me laugh. GAAAAAHHH! *punches desk* RRRRRR! *clenches fists/teeth*

I don't know if this has been mentioned before but I checked the last couple of pages and didn't see anything. I noticed a few sets on clearance at KMart the other day, "City Of Atlantis" (not Portal) + a few others, unfortunately I don't remember the rest. It was a half-decent markdown, @ 20-30% off I think. And it was clearance with the yellow, not red sale ticket. Sorry I don't remember the details, it was a few days ago. Heads-up if you're interested in checking it out anyway.

Honey Bastard, I built a Lego band when I was a boy... and I have to say that hi-hats & cymbal construction has not changed in nearly 20 years, haha. Everything else here is a big improvement, but guitar pieces sure makes things a lot easier! I remember building a sax & piano, you can't get away with that these days! I couldn't MOC my old bands as my drum kit has too many cymbals to fit a vig... and my guitar setup has too many stompboxes to fit too...

For me, I don't buy Pirates (I did as a kid), my 2 themes are Castle & Space. Fully fledged non-licenced Space is dead (thanks greatly to SW 2000-2009) - SP3 & Alien Conquest were both crossover-type and not true space (you know, final frontier stuff). With no Castle I would be disappointed. I currently only get SW sets for figures I want (if it's not easier to just BL them separately), I may do the same if there was a Tolkien licence. If I was still into Pirates (I gave up because I was so far behind) it would be the same story, and 3/3.

This will always be the "real" Optimus Prime for me. You've captured him so well! The vehicle mode just looks perfect. I never had Optimus either, but I do have Ultra Magnus (same cab, recoloured) and your build looks remarkably similar. Only thing: maybe a darker blue?

The building is modular, therefore you can easily pick up each level separately from those underneath.

(After reading 13 pages) I will be buying this set... The buildings are awesome, but like others: I'm disappointed that the dragon colours have been used for a not-dragon-knight. Also disappointed in the figures, how many Lion Kings do I need? 3 apparently, or 4 if I "buy 2 of this set" (I probably won't, but it's tempting). I have a seemingly identical queen. I count 3 figures as "don't really want here" (royals) 3 as "don't care either way" (soldiers, squire/boy) and 3 as "YES PLEASE!!!" (green girl, mounted knights).If there was going to be a new Falcon faction, (but I understand the argument for there not going to be one) I would have had it as purple or orange with black, white or gold. I've gotten over the Lion Knights so I am happy for this to be their Last Hurrah if it is, but if there are no more Dragon Knights that's a bit disappointing, especially since they don't have a real castle. This is a good "last Kingdoms set ever" or a good "last first wave Kingdoms set" (ie new factions being introduced mid next year)

I'm not a Jar-Jar fan one bit but I don't recall being irritated at him in his appearance so far this season, unlike in the movies & previous seasons. I have an open mind to optimism so far... I have noticed less annoying battle droid banter too.

Sorry! Greebly bits - greebles. It's a common term used on this site meaning little pieces to add cosmetic detail, making it look more realistic. You do have a bit of that going on - it doesn't show up that well in black, so I'm suggesting some more in alternate colours.

Nice update, it keeps the general idea of the shape but looks a bit more solid and less blocky. I'm glad you've kept the windscreen and castle wall parts. It's a bit hard to see the detail of black on black though. I would suggest using some more greys here and there and greebly bits to spice it up even more!
