I leave the comment to someone else. Photo taken at our event in Billund last week. I do not look like this all days...

Finally - PART 1 Some examples right here, the rest is in my BS-folder. (I just uploaded smaller photos, if anyone needs larger ones, please let me know.) Getting the whole thing started (the results of the trading-post-thread with Aredhel and Bonaparte on the right side) First day - first surprise! We have gotten MINIFIGS! Hurray! (Superkalle to the far left, Capt. Green Hair, Quarryman, Copmike and Aredhel) Having fun in the park 4-D wise. (Front, Bony, Aredhel, Dennimator, Henning M., DNL, Quarryman, CGH, Izzy) How to play - and how to loose. All just for the bricks! This is the way how AFOL keep children from building. Raid for rare parts, everybody! I wonder how many of those bricks are still there. Powershopping © by Dennimator. (Roadwalker in the back, sotis96 to the left) Evening activity: building... (wait - is this set, what i believe it is?) ... and playing. This is STAR WARS Minotaurus by the way. Darth Vader jumping on one foot. Now for the working part of the event. EB-member and part-designer (this may actually not be the right description) Front showing us how to produce a new brick. Well done btw, Front! Thank you very much for detailed info on this. The ancestors of the final piece 87754. A first twice the size model... ... and how this fits in the mold-machine. (Sorry for the dull expression) Now the grandmaster himself: Jamie *yes, we had an appreciation week of that guy* Berard presenting pre-models of the Grand Emporium and a lot of insights in the problems and the fun of being a Lego designer: Startup. White windows? No way! Early types of escalators. Why not use red quarter domes and a Lego shop? More ideas. One proud designer (deservedly so) signing his own work. Thanks for so many beautiful sets, Jamie! And being a friendly and smart guy at the same time. After the presentations we went for the factory. Yes, the FACTORY! No photos inside the sanctuarium though. Wait, this guy took photos! You have all seen it, but I wanted to show this again. Pure awesomeness! We left our trails.

Wow, Lego is definitely going green now: Either this is a photo-voltaic plate or a warm water solar panel. Way to go! (and it's open to the back, Klaus-Dieter will be delighted. )

LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion
Holodoc replied to Nabii's topic in Special LEGO Themes
3. And the Ninja shown on the boxes and bags comes with only one katana/sword/whatever. -
Sorry for not giving credits, but I just browsed Google with "Lego Enterprise" so I don't know the builder. If it's SirNadroj - well done!

Good to know - let's see if I can get it without any purchase.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion
Holodoc replied to Nabii's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Here's the promised list of codes: ... we were just one day too late to publish it , the german website beat us to it. It is easy to find the right figures with it (the thickness and distance between the lines to the right is important) and we made a 100% success forecasting the fig. This results in 32€ for 16 different figs. -

Here's a little more info about the collectible minifigs and the box it came in at our event in Billund. Each eventee received two bags from the box. In this box every single minifig was contained in an almost equal number, meaning that there were no bigger differences in the amount. Every minifig was included at least twice. Some were there three times, some four times (diver, ninja). The 60 minifigs included is no big number so we can't tell if the minifigs in higher amount will be the same in every set, but I doubt that. The barcode to the left side of the bag is indeed a sure sign what is inside. We made a photo of all the barcodes, but the link to another site as already been posted. Nevertheless I will post that photo later today. The minifigs are of great quality! Luckily the chinese crap plastic issue seems to be solved. -
Hi LG! Nice piece of work you are going to work on. The minifigs do not impress me though. There's still a lot to do. Bones in green? And mixing up fleshies with the original ones is a no-go. You may want to check this topic. And over here are some interesting decals (post #6) from other EB members. But definitely the best site is over here. Now get back to work. EDIT: I found a nice pic of the bridge:

Thank you for uploading your photos so fast, Front! I'm amazed that you took photos even inside the temple ride - how many points did you get then? For me it will take some time to upload mine. The last 5 days were quite exhausting (but of course worth it) and I have a lot of things do be done at home. Thanks Ras for organizing again all the competitions, visists and whatever. You're the best! And special thanks go to the town of Hamburg for blocking two of three lanes on the motorway for NOTHING , resulting in a 20 km traffic jam and two hours delay on our way back home.

Ok guys, here's a little teaser for all of you eagerly waiting for the first pics: (there will be another topic about that, so I just post some pics without any in-depth detail) getting started Wohoo! Where did these figs come from? Now guess where this premold belongs to. Jamie Berard and the pre-models of the GE... ... and signing his own set. We left a note at the company. Having fun at the park. stay tuned - there's more to come. Front, pleas take over!

We've been there two years ago. IMPORTANT REMINDER: I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE THE MERLIN CARD BAGGED! (those, who got it last year...)

Yes. We try to reach Billund at about 7 p.m. We hope to leave my place around 10 a.m., the pure travel time is 6,5 hours. I expect heavy traffic, so I think 7 p.m. should be both realistic and not too late. This is the route we will be travelling.

Happy, Iz birthday Right in time for the event! So party ON!
-
That's for the days: Now starting to count the hours.

As a big fan of small images I do have to admit my event countdown got a bit too big. Especially when you browse the site with a screen resolution below 1024x768 pixels (the photos will be shown in two rows then). I will do it better next time. Promised.

The date when the set hits the shelves (first at Lego Stores).
-
Whatwhatwhat? I expected at least a station wagon! ... Okay, now it's getting interesting. For all other attendees and members of Eurobricks: We will shoot some photos of the box-issue. 32 hours. and counting!
-
And now for the worst one: ...but I wanted to implement the stretcher by any means.
-
Now I could start to argue that my two favourites, the arch and the quarter, dome aren't plain PoP bricks (Grand Emporium!) an therefore should be taken out of the list , but nevertheless my vote goes to the arch. Something I have been wanting for quite a while now. Right!
