Cool idea and really useful as well! Thank you so much for letting us know about it! It's just... ... I don't have an android cell phone. win mobile anyone?

My son started to build virtually with LDD and so his father had to work on it as well... I already unlocked the Universe-palette of bricks and now I would like to build train stuff, but I cannot find for example the "Black Train Wheel RC Train Pair" or cylinder halfes with cutout (2x4x5 or 3x6x6). The bogie plate is located under the 4th row, first icon's set of bricks, but I cannot locate the wheels for the trains there (or anywhere else). But I saw other members posting cars like the 10016, so it MUST be there. Can somebody help me? EDIT: Hah! I found it myself! Wheel train pair: behind the "Technic Competition Arrow" cylinder halfes: behind the "Tile, Modified 1 x 2 with Handle" I wouldn't call that logical, but however...

It is already fixed. Magic! Thanks for all the work! I just received a PM. If I choose not to read it immediately, will it be lost? The info was a bit confusing , but I don't recall the text. The calendar needs an overhaul: If there is more than one event, the calendar just says "two events" and you won't know which ones exactly. Even when you click on the actual date it doesn't show, for example at the bottom, to what events the day refers. Are the signatures displayed bigger? I ask because of the train-sigfigs a lot of people use. They seem to be bigger than before. I would like to have the "Add reply"/"preview post"/"Cancel" buttons closer to the box where you are actually posting. Now we have to scroll down quite a bit to get them. The attachments and options fields are to big and can be placed underneath. All in all I have a feeling that I have to scroll a lot more than before. Absolutely seconded! And for my taste the complete column at the left hand side (containing the avatar and members info) is too wide. Well said! Thank you, all of you!

Wow... this is a major upgrade. And like so many others I will have to get used to it. Nothing to chear out loud for now. Where are the smileys? Ah, here they are. So many piratey ones! All mixed up with the normal ones... Mmmmmmh. Let's see what the time brings. EDIT: I lost a tag!

Thank you for this great MOC of the set 4886. I always loved playing around with just the parts one one specific set. You creation is a wonderful example for it.
-
I considered buying the bus station up to this point.
-
In this case you're absolutely right. There is still folk music, but I wouldn't call this music at all... In the video they are obviously Germans, but I hardly understood one single word. "Schland"?
-
Ha - it could as well have been 7:0. I have to admit the red card was unnecessarily given. A yellow one would have been right. But the referee was very 'generous' yesterday.

Nice MOC, but what is the robot good for?

What a beautiful cathedral, Wowplayer! I really like the design, don't be too disappointed about not having the right brick/color at the time you need them. That's an experience we all had once in while. Of course the back of the cathedral would have been better looking without those dark red pieces, but that isn't really a letdown. But why didn't you use transparent 1x1 bricks, or 1x1 round bricks or even 1x1 plates for the windows? That definitely would be better than the cones you used. The opening roof is a nice addition and great for playability and I love the interior. Well done!

MOD: Railjet highspeed train: My first train MOC project (still WIP)
Holodoc replied to Odyssey's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Hi Odyssey and welcome around the boards! Yes, I do like the rendition of the Railjet. This is the kind of train where a lot of cars are a "must". It does not look good with just 2 cars behind the locomotive. Perfect way to present it with a loco and 3 cars plus the "back end"-car. One thing I stumbled upon was the color choice. Obviously you took brown by the limited color palette of LDD, but brown doesn't really cover the original. Hopefully you will be able to swap those bricks with dark red ones. Are you planning to make it a "real" MOC? I'm looking forward to see more of it in reality. -
YEP! Can you hear me playing it? Chamber, here I come... But look at our first match!!! What a p-h-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c start! WOW, I'm impressed: 4:0 Can I change my first post? If the german team is going to continue their impressive way of play, I'm really looking forward to more games and maybe more than I first expected. Go, team, go! There's always a reason. I like the way Germany played better than 'pure math'.
-
I updated myself accordingly. To be honest: If Germany makes it to the semi-finals that would be outstanding. But more? At least there are other countries, who have german trainers. Oooops, Greece...
-
Damn! It doesn't come with piece callouts. Nevertheless, where can I buy this in Germany? Anyone?
-
You must have been living on the wrong side of the moon not knowing that Greece indeed is using the €. I could start a long political rant here, but let's just say §$%&*>#!

I read in "the Brick", an annual magazine given out by TLC themselves, that there were over 300 unique Star Wars minifugures so far. Quite a bunch... I found these photos from our trip to the Lego museum in Billund: maybe they are of help.

That is good news! Thanks for the info, EDGE. Now it's time for grogall to take over!

Thanks for the long awaited pic, whung! I love the small store, but the better truck is the LEGO one! (and selling guns is a bit ... disturbing?)

D2C Designers requesting feedback for 2012 models
Holodoc replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
1) I love the look of those sets and I wished I had them all. My personal problem is the lack of space! I cannot put them anywhere, so I decided to pass on the latter two. I still would love to own the Statue of Liberty, but in this case the price is the problem. No - I wouldn't see them as 'parts packs'. 2) see above. In addition I didn't like the Eiffel Tower: Way too much dark bley parts and all 'normal' ones - nothing extraordinary like in the TM. 3) Statue of Liberty (to give me a 2nd chance ), Brandenburger Tor / Reichstag in Berlin (because of my nationality) Sydney Opera, St. Peter's Cathedral Rome, St. Basil's Cathedral Moscow. 4) A hospital. You know, you never did a real good one... Titanic sounds good as well. 5) A PF-monorail! (and a lot more 'normal' cars for our city!) -
So that's the MOC all your wanted Modulex bricks went to! Well done! How many bricks did you use?
-
Nice design - reminds me of the tank truck 3180. One thing I don't like though: The cabin of the truck seems to be a bit too high (especially when you can look inside the open back). Or do you refer to a real truck that looks like this?
-
Great work! This looks almost like the original crossing. One thing I don't get though: I got a 'normal' 9V crossing off ebay two days ago which costs me 7€ incl. shipping. Why should I even bother producing my own crossings?

New Lego Architecture 21006 The White House
Holodoc replied to GRogall's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Would you really think it's a good choice to have red flag on top of the white house?? Think of that again. There are certain design flaws (like the mentioned lightsaber blades) where I think TLC could have done better at some points, but all in all this is the first architecture set I want to buy. Now go abroad the U.S. please! (and the architecture line will never stop ) -
LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 2 Poll
Holodoc replied to Piranha's topic in Special LEGO Themes
The poll says I have already voted... If I just could remember what I voted for. There are so many great minifigs to choose from. But there are certainly some figures I will resist buying: - the witch, the policeman and the explorer.
