Very nicely done Stefan! He might be a little big for MF scale, but i think that's as close we're going to get. Very innovative on the construction; it took me a while to figure out how it was made. Hope it's ok if i build one of your wall-e's, cause i'm going to anyway. Great work!

Well i guess this confirms it, TLG is not a Christian Corporation. I can't believe they'd expose children to this type of language! I don't know why you guys like this set. If Fabuland comes back, i don't want any part of this theme. Why Lego!?! WHY!?!

I've added pole options! Vote now and let us know what your choice are and why. I like White Pith w/ White Pants. It seems to match with the torso the best. Maybe have White Pith w/ White Pants for officers only and have a different color for enlisted men.

Of course i am! I have no remorse mutilating the wretched clone bricks. An official Lego brick requires at least one week of considering before getting modified. I don't think i have yet to mutilate a precious lego brick. Good idea! I'm working on that right now.

That be one of them cloners alright. I own a few of those swords, and that MF is definitely not Lego. Notice how the left hand looks like it's falling off. Clone brands are usually work only a portion of Lego, and this MF is much cheaper in BL.

Great work Captain! The sails innovative and look pretty good too. You captured the look of a Junk very well. If you decide to build a real model of this MOC, i suggest beefing up the masts a little. 3mm rigid hose isn't too rigid. I've added this MOC to the Index of MOC Ships.

All this means is that TLG still has a Cutlass mold, which hasn't been in a set for years. It's not THE sign for the return of Pirates, but a small sign. So, i voted to yes, this is a sign that pirates are returning.

There are a lot of great smileys The first one i voted for is the Shark (but i think it needs a smirk closer to ) I love the idea of a double eye patch. (look a blind shooter! ) And i voted for Staudie, where everyone loves to shoot Staudie... Carefull, he may have lighting and thunder on each side of him. There was another smiley that i liked and voted for, but i don't remember which smiley it was.

Try contacting ppl from California in BL would be my guess. I have no idea how effective that would be; it's just a thought. Or see if there's a Lego Convention in CA and attend it.

I can't stand pickled anything either. Hmm... Around where i live, if something is pickled besides a cucumber it's called pickled egg or pickled herring, and a pickled cucumber is always called a pickle.\ I thought everyone talks like i do. It's not funny.

It's a common misconception to mistake cucumbers for pickles, but they aren't the same. Yes, a pickle is a cucumber, but a cucumber isn't always a pickle. I am not a pickle, i am just a cucumber. I don't know why ppl think it's funny to call me pickle when i'm clearly not!

This is my first attempt at creating a Cat O' Nine Tails. I like the way it turned out. It turned out better than i thought it would. I couldn't get this pose to not be blury for whatever reason. Probably user error. I used a 3mm rubber hose from a Megablocks set, knotted sewing thread, and super glue. The same rubber hose that i used to fasten my U-clip onto the M1-Garand.

Being that at least two of the Admin have been Lego Ambassadors. One of which assisted TLG in the creation of their new Castle Theme. I wonder if they know something about a new pirates coming out? I don't think these two would help start a Specific forum for a theme that hasn't been produced in ten years.

I voted for Jabba's sail barge. I own it and it comes with a lot of useful bricks to create mocs like my Gun Boat. I really like the bow pieces it comes with. It also comes with a good amount of brown and tan plates.

People put treasures on their pirate MOCs?! Why?! I don't think i have yet to put a treasure in my pirate MOCs that i've posted on EB. Just cargo. I do keep all my treasure together though and use the sprue that the coins were connected too.

Sorry mate, only 2 sites i use are BL and Ebay, but i almost always use BL. It looks like looking for the mini-figs that where pith helmets on BL that also sell Pith Helmets separately is the best bet.
