  1. Yes, I think SlyOwl did: and Buccaneer of Brickshelf did: Hope that helps. Maybe SlyOwl will give you some pointers.
  2. I think i like this cannon better than your previous version. Nice work. Thanx for the pic, I've added this cannon to the MOC Cannon Index.
  3. I don't think you ever left the topic. but thanks for coming back! That might be the great-great grand son of the person protrayed in Sir's Vig. Great work Sir! I like that shark. I'm going to have to get one (or more )
  4. What is the caliber of this cannon? Didn't the Victory have one deck of 32 pounders, one deck of 18 pounders, and the top deck with 9 or 12 pounders? This is a very well built cannon. How many of these are you able to build right now? They seem to be made of some semi-pricey bricks. I love the usage of pots and pans for the cannon. That's pretty awesome! I may have to steal err borrow some of your techniques.
  5. Thanx guys! Mmmm. Cake. Thanks! LOL Thanx Holodoc, but who's Matt?! Thanx Staudie, but i'm not a pickle. I've always been a cucumber. It's Hinckley that says i'm a pickle. That's a hilarious model ship Mr. Tiber. I've never seen anything like that. Edit: I forgot to say what i got! I got the New indy set with the duck and little dingy. I've been so busy i haven't been able to build it yet though. (hoping to make a jeep with the green pieces ) Otherwise i just got money. i bought the indy set with some of the money
  6. Nice ship, and nice little cannons! Would you be able to give us a close up of one of those cannons? I would like to see if it's different from the other cannons in the cannon index. I've added you ship to Index of MOC Ships.
  7. Nice work Joey There is an impressive amount of detail in these mocs with LDD. I can't believe how nice it all looks. I really like the desk in the fort and the beds. The only concern i have is the Blacksmith Shop. It looks like it was quickly put together. I'd get a better roof and have a chimney for the furnace. Great work and thanx for sharing!
  8. Why did you have to pop my happy bubble? Klaus-Dieter: Please down-size pics to 800x600 before posting them. The larger pics still get uploaded, and it takes a long time to upload on a slower internet connection. I've down-sized these pics for you; this time.
  9. NOOOOOOOOO! And you ate it!?! This is getting worse by the hour! (<--a fellow cannibal) Nice little boat ship Bluebard. I hope you plan on making a replacement vessel that's at least the same size. I've added this ship to the Index of MOC Ships.
  10. It's 100 posts. No worries mate. I hope you'll attempt to create your smaller ships before you become a vassal. I like the idea, and love reading everyone else's piratey comics, so i hope you'll get some progress done before gaining citizenship. You can check out Kings And Queens Of The Sea by Dreamweb and Episode 1 and Episode 2 of Captain Green Hair's and Mr. Tiber's comic for inspiration.
  11. Unfortunately Mr. Knowledge, you are only allowed to buy, sell, or trade lego in the Buy, Sell, Trade, and Finds Forum, and you must have citizens rank to create a topic in there. This EB policy was placed so that ppl don't join EB just to sell or buy lego. We would like to get to know you first. However, if you were to create a Work In Progress while you were building you ship, we could give you pointers. Feel free to check out the Index of MOC Ships for inspiration. Almost all the ships we've found are shown there.
  12. 2009 In light of the recent merchandise thread and so on. I think TLG will be releasing Pirates in 2009. Any other opinion is wrong! Great idea for a poll Dreamweb!
  13. Mr. Cobra, Please post pictures that are no larger than 800x600. Thank you for sharing Mr. Cobra! This reinforces my thinking that TLG will be releasing Pirate soon. Can't you see the signs? Here they are! The prophecy is coming true!
  14. You're funny. Pirates is discontinued. Why didn't anyone tell me this. On to seriousness: This is a great MOC! I like how it looks and all the detail put into it. I really like the hat hooks. I've added this MOC to the Non-Military portion of the Index of Land-Based MOCs. Good work and thanx for sharing.
  15. That's made by SirNadroj. Here's the thread if anyone would like to comment on it. I didn't see it in the Index either; I'll add it right away (unless B finds it ) Thanx again Wes
  16. This is the wrong forum to be talking about space ships. I inspired someone!?
  17. Nice improvements on the White Tiger Captain Joey I really like how you've made the MOC cannons also. I've added both ships to the Index of MOC Ships.
  18. There aren't too many Schooner type ships out there. After seeing this one, i think i really like them in Lego form. Good work Wes! This will make a fine addition to the Ship Index, once i update the index. Phredit: Added this MOC to the Index of MOC Ships.
  19. Don't worry Wes. If you make a topic for your ship, we'll put it in the Ship Index. Thanx for making sure we'll index it though.
  20. That was my fault. I liked the ship so much i split this topic not realizing Wes had made his thread. Everything should be fixed now.
  21. I thought Captain Greenie was Dutch?!? Congrats BTW!
  22. I think i found some. It's very colorful. I've added this ship to the Index of MOC Ships.
  23. I really like the Simple but effective construction It's too bad there aren't more piratey elements for LDD. The only thing i'd change is have the bow and stern a little shorter. Or if you want it that tall, raise the walls a bit in the center section. Great work Joey and thank you for sharing.
  24. That was hilarious. I think it's better live. Great spelling Saudie
  25. Great work Captain Greenie I love the furniture. If you'd like some more funiture ideas, check out mijasper's or marakoeschtra's BS folders. In case you didn't know.
