  1. well, I'm one of them who enjoys looking for pieces... Anyway, to me searching for parts is part of the whole building process. I don't care about numbered bags and how it may reduce time, I'm not on a time trail or anything... But I do understand why TLG has numbered bags; it's like Ikea; making it easy for big and complex builds. Especially ones that contain multipable hard to keep apart steps.
  2. Most of my 'old' lego I stached away in a storage bin. I just use new bricks, but every now and then I sneak-a-peek for some parts I need. Though it contains lots of bitten/discolored/old colored/scratched bricks.
  3. It's been a while since I made a hoverbike... Changed this design about 100 times the last month or so. I just wasn't pleased with it until now. This was also one of the few times I used stickers in a build, needed something the break up the light bluish gray. Jinx; a hoverbike inspired by the 'Jak and Daxter' series. Flickr Gallery Comments and critisiscm welcome.
  4. Just seen Redline, it was pretty good.

Agreed, it's like stepping back in time. Simply stunning!
  15. Been searching after all... Couldn't help myself. Spotted the blue bucket here> http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=67032. A street thug tries to steal the blue bucket, while Capt. Siegfried is distracted by a male stripper wearing nothing but speedo's & bowties...
  16. Yeah, I know... *lol* it's the board, it auto corrected, the 'aprilsfools' word.
  17. Sounds like january jerks wiener to me...
  18. AMEE Bionicle (From Red Planet) got to be my favorite out of all of them, recognized her instantly.
  19. Agreed, what do they use to dye the lenses? Is it the same as to yellow tinted glasses?
  20. Search function didn't get me anywhere so... A time ago a couple of people in the lego community used some sort of dye/coloring/paint to make their trans-clear parts into trans-yellow. I would like to know what technique they used to get the best effect, so I can try it out myself.
  21. In Legocity police gives a warning at first, after that they send out the dogs...
  22. Can't wait to get my hands on that Galaxy Patrol guy...
  23. Lovely, kinda reminds me of the chronicles of riddick ships, very nicely done. Love the name btw 'Corona Corp.'
  24. The Blue Fury is just pure win! Although I would try to swap the pins that hold the wheels to one color, or see if you can hide them somehow.
  25. Didn't seen your post.
