This is purely speculation, but could it be a Saw Gerrera. He could be in a retail exclusive set that we haven't seen/heard of yet.

i like the improvements. I do hope a set is made one day, but if not, this will definitely will do the job!

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
Smack replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Honestly you can figure this out yourself if you get a parts list of the set, figure out what you might have on hand, and then go to bricklink and figure out what parts you need and at what cost. -
What you think of the Star Wars EP VII Sets after watching the movie..
Smack replied to Darth Dino's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Ok so I had an idea about Kylo Ren's Shuttle. The recently released WALL E had problems with the head/neck staying in place I believe. Lego then released a fix for that problem. What if Lego released a mod to tilt the wings of the shuttle? Jangbricks mod is a good example of what Lego could use (with his permission of course!). I think that Lego would be well served to do so even though it wasn't at fault for the lack of the function on the set. -

Went to Toys R Us today to see how bad the mark up on the Defender Class Cruiser would be. I never thought I would find it there at MSRP! Made my day. I also got a free 2013 Lego Star Wars battlepack thrown in because I spent $50. Pretty good haul for going to TRU I think.

Just a heads up for those of you who used Just to Good's K Mart link to purchase the Summer sets early - I ordered the Mando Speeder set and they sent me a Desert Skiff set instead. Quite disappointing, really. When I returned it to my local store the two sets had the same UPC numbers in their computer system. Also, am I correct in saying that this is not the first time that K Mart has done this?

Had to buy the B-Wing to get the Hoth Solo. To good to pass up at that price.

This might be one of those MOCS that require instructions if at all possible when done. This is a great start and I look forward to the finished product! Keep up with those updates please.

This is flipping sweet! My favorite part might be Boba's blaster - it is IMHO spot on. I have always been a fan of your creations, and this is no exception. By the way, is that a purist custom Boba in the last pic? Looks like a mash of the Cloud City and the latest release.

Thanks very much for the tag and your time!

i as well was wondering if I could get a Star Wars theme tag Mr.Erdbeeris. I have been a member since 2010 and have over 200 posts, a majority of which have been in the Star Wars forum. I am not sure of the percentage but I am quite sure that it would meet the requirement. Please and thank you for your time!

Just a thought, but how about a potential Minas Tirith battle pack? I for one think there will be one more (if not more) LOTR wave coinciding with the 3rd Hobbit movie. Maybe 2 Gondorian soldiers and either 2 orcs or one orc and Gothmog???? (I think that was his name). Add a brick built Minas Tirith entrance and a Legoish battering ram and there you go, one LOTR battle pack. As for Rohan soldiers, how about 2 orcs, one riding a warg, 2 Rohan soldiers, one on horse, and some brick built landscape. Heck, Lego could even through in a flick-fire something or other for added playability. Battle packs are more than possible. It all comes down to how invested Lego is in this line and the Hobbit line as well.

Future of SW Contest: Yoda's Legacy (expanded 01/28/13)
Smack replied to ACPin's topic in Watto's Junkyard
Excuse me I will be right back................... Ok thanks for waiting - I was having a difficult time putting my jaw back in its proper place after seeing the entire build. There is so much to take in on just the one side, then you throw the hammer down on the second! Unbelievable work, sir. It should be put in some sort of Lego National History Museum or something. -
Thanks for the info I will check it out. Also, if you don't mind, I would like to take a crack at building the Flurry. I am not much of a MOCer as of yet, but this might be a good intro project for me. Credit for the idea will of course go to you, sir.

I would concur that it looks like multiple parts of the Dead Men will glow in the dark. Should be interesting to see the finished box art to be sure,

Saw that no one had commented on this yet and thought i should give you a shout. I really like the build. As someone who has not played TOR it is nice to see some MOC's from that game. I was wondering if you had tried a blue/bley color scheme for the speeder as it seems to be like that from the pic. Also, is there a website or blog where you can look at the different types of ships/speeders from the game? I would be interested in checking that out.

Just a heads up to everybody I went to my local Lego store looking for a Christmas gift for my nephew and picked up the Barc Speeder with Sidecar as a gift for myself. It cost $24.99 USD, for anyone is interested. Noticed that it didn't have a US price on the pictures above. Is it bad that I bought a few winter sets for myself? I mean I think we survived the end of the world and all so I figured what the heck.

First off, I will just go with Faefrost on the whole smelly, hedgehog molesting set I guess (although it might not meet TLG standards ). I was just reading everyone's thoughts about a Minas Tirith set and had an idea. What if there was a LOTR wave where if you bought x number of sets there were online instructions given by TLG on how to make your own Minas Tirith? I believe that occured in 2009 or 10 with a Star Wars wave. Or, as with the first LOTR wave, you could combine sets (Uruk Army and Helm's Deep) to make a Minas Tirith. Or lastly, and maybe the best idea, is for TLG to release a Minas Tirith "starter" set where one could buy multiples of the starter set and TLG could give a link to instructions on how to expand and complete a full on huge MInas Tirith diorama. I seriously had all these ideas in about 2 minutes so if they don't make sense sorry. A little free associative typing I guess.

As far as uniform color goes, my vote is for sand red (discontinued or not). It gives more of a weathered, worn in, battle used look. Just my 2 cents of course.
