Ok then I see you are a man of conviction and I respect that. & I hope I did not offend you that was not my intention. Again I really like your MOC and IMO it is one of the better Jedi Starfighters I have seen online. Keep up the great work!
-
Actually if you take a look at cavegod's UCS Jedi starfighter and take a look at the nose you will see what I mean. With the snot building on the wings it should be an easy adjustment. I think it will look perfect! Again I really like your MOC!

This is great! I love the snot building and the rear fin. The thing that would make this perfect IMO would be using a couple of long cheese pieces on the nose. Then the ship would be a true wedge. Excellent work though. I agree with Kieldaman that you should let us see this in brick form.
-
A much sleeker looking version than the first. & thanks for the link I now understand the rear fin stabilizer. I think it looks pretty spot-on and I hope you do well in the contest! P.S. thanks for the post as well I am now officially a citizen!!

Great MOC! I like the wall/rubble effect, the mecha of course, and the backstory as well. I agree that a comic would be a pretty good idea. It would be interesting to see this story take shape.
-
I'm not sure what else you have to work on because this already looks like a pretty fantastic MOC! I love the 20,000 Leagues scene and the rock/cave structure build the most. Please post the finished product!
-
A really great MOC! I like how there are different areas/islands? that all connect the chateau together. It makes it seem like there is a lot more area that could be seen/built that is not in the MOC. Any plans to add on to this? I would be very interested in seeing more!

If you wouldn't have said it was done in Lego I would have had no idea. An absolutely stunning creation. I wish I could find better words to describe it, but I am still trying to pick up my jaw from the floor. Thanks for sharing this! Truly inspiring!
-
Wow what an impressive beginning to what should be an incredible creation! I agree the stairs look fantastic as does the side window. I can't wait to see the finished product. Great work!!

These do look so much better than the ones offered at Comicon. I hope they are legit for those attending Celebration. & just to throw it out there, if they are offering these at Celebration, is it possible that an all bountyhunter set could be in our future? Imagine having a set released like the bountyhunter scene from Empire!

A nice little build here. I like the idea and the story behind it. I would like to see a bunch of these swooshing around the Jedi Temple!
-
I like this build. Very sleek looking ship. The greebling on the top is nice. I was also wondering what era this ship is from in the Star Wars universe, and what exactly the purpose of the back fin? is for. Is is part of the cloaking mechanism?
-
I really like this as an alternate build and the backstory as well. One thing I would suggest perhaps is that it be an atmospheric fighter as opposed to a starship. To me it just looks like it would be cool in an on-planet skirmish or war.

A truly great MOC. I love the interior and the Joker face on the wall. I wasn't into Batman Lego when it was out but the more of your MOC's I see the more I regret not getting any sets. Excellent work from you yet again, sir.

Wow! This is a brilliant creation! I have not seen the movie but I can only assume that it is right on the money build-wise. I really like the staircase and the mixing of old grey and new. Kinda makes me want to see the movie!

Sorry Kim T like I said I wasn't trying to mini mod, just help. Unfortunately I do not own yhe set so I can't help. & sorry Masked Builder I wasn't trying to be a jerk just help out. Hope you get the answer you need.
-
I really enjoyed looking at all the pics on your MOC. I like the snot water and waterfall and the cutaway as well. I hope you let us all see your finished story and any creations that go with it!
-
Thanks for the review on this set! I remember seeing this multiple times but never being able to pull the trigger on the buy. I kinda regret it now as this is a good looking display set.
-
Masked Builder I am not sure you are aware of this but you bumped a review well over a year old. I am not sure how frowned upon bumping reviews is and I am not trying to mini-mod but there is a chance that the reviewer is not currently an active member on Eurobricks. Not trying to be a jerk but just a heads up for future reference.

Review 8077 Atlantis Exploration HQ
Smack replied to BillytheKid's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thanks for the review of this set. I am a proud owner now and actually really like it a lot. I agree that a couple more minifigs (another diver or two and more Mantas) should be included. But for the price you really can't expect more I guess. -
Yet another flipin sweet MOC! Love the holding area for the speeder bikes and I think you might have more stormtroopers than I have minifigs! I'm not sure if there is a reference pic or you designed it yourself but this is one awesome creation!
-
Thanks for the review and the comparison photos as I was unaware of the old mini. I also have to agree with the masses in that the old model is better for the most part (I am a fan of the printed piece as well). The rear of the old model is miles ahead of the new as the new trans blue piece looks humongous in comparison to the old and out of place.
-
Great improvements that definitely agrees with us AFOL's! I think we would all love to see your creation again after the 1st floor revamp. Thanks for making a place the Dragon knights can defend!
-
An absolutely stunning creation if I may say. Very accurate - the domed tower is awesome. Too bad you don't like interior ddacorating because I would love to see more of an interior!
-
Wow I love this MOC! Top to bottom a wonderful creation. A lot going on with all of the forestmen and such. But I want to reiterate the question is there any interior?
