LEGO Ninjago 2024 Rumours and Discussion

As for the Dragon Stone Temple, I think we were all expecting something more grandiose, similar to the grandeur of Ninjago City itself. But as we learned, sometimes what we get is more like "Ninjago Village" in comparison. Nevertheless, the craftsmanship of the set does capture the essence of Ninjago's mystical charm, even if it can't grab our wallets as easily. As for the price, we can probably say that the designers went a little overboard with their "price increase with spinjitsu" technique. But let's not lose heart and pin even higher hopes on Shadow Dojo. Who knows? Maybe it's just the hidden gem we're all looking for in this wave of sets.

    Collection of Medieval Tutorials

I have already planned a few lessons that I will experiment with this weekend. First on my list are the "Curved Roof Tutorial" and the Technical Masonry Tutorial. Thanks to your detailed instructions, what seemed like a daunting task becomes as easy as juggling apples for a jester! Now let's have some fun with our brick jokes: Why did a LEGO minifigure bring a ladder to a medieval bar? Because he heard that the drinks are on the house!!!! But seriously, your work is inspiring and educational, and I look forward to applying these techniques to my next project. Thank you for sharing your experience and creativity with all of us. Here's to many more buildings that expand the boundaries of our brick kingdoms!
  3. After reading through this incredible thread, I couldn't resist jumping in. First off, @crossroads , your leap from a decade of lurking to showcasing such a masterpiece is nothing short of inspiring. The Japanese heavy cruiser Takao in 1/200th scale is a testament to your dedication and skill in LEGO scale modeling. The attention to detail, from the rigging to the turrets, is truly remarkable. I've been fiddling with LEGO bricks for as long as I can remember, and it's builds like these that remind me why this hobby is so captivating. The creativity, the challenge, and the community—it's all here.

SB00301 B-PROJECT (MOC Resistance Bomber UCS)

    Happy birthday. This is incredible.
  5. I noticed some members sharing their MOCs (My Own Creations) with instructions. This got me wondering, what resources or tips do you recommend for someone looking to start creating their own LEGO designs?
