I think if they really wanted to they could squeeze the house in a 50 dollar set, they’ve made some of the castles for even less than that after all.

I can’t wait for this! I’m glad lego is brave enough to do a minidoll d2c. Hopefully we get more in the future between the Disney and the friends lines

I’m honestly pretty disappointed in the shopping mall, to me it just looks odd. I think it might have to do with the overall shape, the top floor is so short, and so empty. They could have done so much more there, at least one more shop instead of just stalls. We could have gotten a more proper sushi bar. The shops look fine, but as @Soupperson1 mentioned, the fact we don’t get more looks at them is concerning. I’m fine with having small stores, but I hope they have at least something more to them than just two or three objects. Also imo the jewellery/beauty store is a concept we’ve seen so many times but has never been done justice, this one looks like more boring hair accessories and two wigs which are both not exclusive. The colors also look off to me, like they’re way to bright, I wish they had gone for a purples and teals color scheme with the gold accents and ditched the yellow and pink. I absolutely love the minidolls though. Emma’s family looks great, especially the mom. Emma also has a cute outfit. Don’t care for Olivia though, that top and that skirt are used way to often, and look terrible together imo. the vet is cute, it’s not anything crazy complicated or detailed but it does the trick. The animals, especially the horse are all great, and so are the minidolls. I’m so proud of lego for doing a blind character, it’s great representation. I’ll definitely buy this one as soon as possible. the ambulance set is fine as well. I really like the ambulance, the colors and the interior save it. The tree is odd, it’s just a pretty pointless build imo, but it’s alright. I really like that we’re getting a good amount of animals here, and the two new cats here are great. Emma’s vet outfit is cute, but what happened to Olivia? This is unbelievably lazy honestly, they couldn’t do a new top for her? And honestly if they didn’t have the budget they should’ve excluded any other character but not her. To my knowledge there still isn’t a vet uniform in her skin tone, while there are many in the light skin tone and even a few in the darker one. It’s just odd honestly, and very disappointing. as for the summer sets, I’m excited about the forest subtheme, hopefully we get a lot of good forest animals and nice outfits. The grand hotel and school both needed an upgrade, so I can’t wait to see how those turn out. Don’t really care for another amusement park theme, but if the sets are good and unique then I’ll happily welcome them

All three of the look great. This is hands down the best lego Disney wave in a while, with great builds and a good amount of new characters. -The palace was something we had already seen, but now we get to see all of the great details. I like the fact that there’s some more “regular” features here like a bed and a table, balanced with more whimsical things, like the secret weapons and the magical items. I love the colors, they are consistent and work greatly together. The figures are very nice. The full on adventure Raya looks great, and namaari is such a cool minidoll. Tuk tuk tops it all off, he looks very nice - the boat is the best set in terms of figures imo. Both Boun and especially Sisu look great, and I’m glad to get them. The most surprising thing here is the protagonist’s absence, something that has never been done in this line. The Ongis look cute, but I’m surprised they made a new mold for each one of them. The builds look very unique for this line, and they’re full with detail. However, this is probably one of the worst priced Disney sets, a line that is already very overpriced. I’ll forgive it because of the five exclusive characters, but it is slightly disappointing. - the Sisu set is cute, it’s nothing amazing, but it’s still better than most sets tbh. The value here looks actually pretty good, at least in terms of volume. Sisu is alright. I don’t love the vinyl pieces on the body, and the legs look really off. They could have definitely done a better job. The extra palace wall is a cool concept, and a great way to get kids to buy both the sets. They should really use this gimmick more in this line. Raya looks good, but I’m very disappointed in the fact that the hat is not removable. She is shown many times without it in marketing, hopefully some other hairpiece will work for when the hat is off. overall, this wave is great, and I’m glad they still believe in this theme. The builds get better every year. Hopefully more of the future sets employ this level of detail.

A belle’s house set is something I’ve wanted for a while, and tbh I’m kinda shocked we still haven’t gotten it. Belle is one of the most popular princesses yet she is severely underrepresented in the line. It could be about 40 dollars and a include a small house for belle, maybe a market stall and a fountain. Her blue outfit is featured in media quite a bit as well, so the fact that we still don’t have it is truly baffling. I would love Gaston as a minidoll! I think he would translate very well.

So I messed up and said the tiana series is coming in 2022, it’s actually in 2023. So any sets will probably come then.

I definitely think we’ll get at least one set for tiana coming with the new Disney+ show. Even if it is just based on the original movie. In the announcement they mentioned that some episodes will focus on her ruling maldonia, so if we’re lucky we might see naveen pop up in one of the sets! Moana getting sets for the show is very likely as well. They also touched on encanto quite a bit in the stream, and if Mariana (I think that’s her name) is intended to join the princess lineup I think it’s quite likely we will see some sets pop up for her as well! They even mentioned the long awaited enchanted sequel, and if it has animated parts in it, and Disney pushes the marketing for it with toys, could we potentially get sets based on Giselle? I would love that. Similar thing with Peter Pan and Wendy. At last, we also have an official logo for tlm live action, and I definitely see more Ariel sets in the future like they did with jasmine and Mulan. So based on all this information, i think we can roughly guess some of the future years lineups. Encanto possibly near the end of this year, or in the winter of 2022. Presuming that tlm comes out in 2022, at least two sets for Ariel, possibly an atlantica remake and a kiss the girl set? I’d also like to mention that 2022 is also brave’s 10th anniversary, so I think Merida will come back then. In the fall of 2022 something for tiana, in conjunction with th show and Moana in winter 2023. I definitely see more books popping up as well, and a new Snow White set I think is now more likely with Microdolls being used more frequently. So I think we could get at least dopey! And of course, we need Pocahontas asap. I hope this doesn’t feel too speculation-y.

Ok, this is an amazing set. First of all, these colors. From the set to the box art, they’re all stunning and consistent. The palace is beautiful, not only is this architecture unique, but it also ha such a unique shape. It’s almost like a plaza. The fountain also looks amazing. The characters top it all off. Raya looks great, sword and all. Tuk tuk also looks nice. The new characters also look good. So happy to finally get new people in this line, the last non microdoll new character was Matthias. I wish all princesses got this level of attention, imagine a Jasmine palace in the vein of this set. Overall very impressed

That park is seriously stunning, and something new for the line. Loving all the details. The birthday setup is so fun. Kinda wish they used the actual piñata piece from series 20 though. This is a set that will fit into anybody’s city. It’s amazing to get another kid, especially with dark eyes! i would have preferred getting a dad or a mom with him, but maybe he is ethans brother? Also like ethans new hoodie. Overall another great set for such a great wave. I can’t wait to see the March sets now!

Objectively I would say they’re about the same value. Same amount of Microdolls and very similar sized builds. Heck, I’d say that this new one probably has a better value even, the nokk is a new piece and Idunas hair is a new color. In general the pieces look a bit more interesting as well. But it’s the fact that this new book could have been better, and really missed the mark on certain key elements of the set (elsas hair in its down state and the characters in general)

Thanks for sharing @Soupperson1 Bruni is cute but I don’t really care for those kinda sets, though I think its weird that we have him here but there’s still not a minidoll scaled one. The Elsa storybook is a letdown. I’m hoping it’s at least a different blue than Ariel’s book. Iduna is a cool inclusion, but adventure Elsa looks weird with the long skirt and the snow queen elsas hair is so bad. Olivias old hair just doesn’t work, it’s way to messy. Olaf is also such an unnecessary inclusion, almost any other character would have made more sense here. The builds look good though. The one think about this book is that imo it would have been better as a regular set, hoping we’ll get a minidoll version of it in the future. The Ariel set is cute, nothing much. The wedding dress and new face print is really nice. But we still don’t have scuttle. The Cinderella set on the other hand is a surprise. Love Gus Gus, he’s adorable! And the new horses are also really cool, love the neck articulation. The fairy godmothers got a new face but still not a more accurate dress. Cinderella looks pretty bad here, but it’s ok since we have like 3000 versions of her. The carriage itself is very nice. I definitely think that the good sets this wave will be Raya’s lol.

I must say that I love every single one of the regular system sets. The building especially look nice. Andreas house Is definitely the standout, the colors are gorgeous and I love the style of the building. The garage is a brilliant touch and the minidolls are amazing. The organic cafe is very colorful, but in a good inviting way while the cinema looks fun and very unique both in style and color scheme. The smaller sets are cute and the Dalmatian puppy along with the kitten are absolutely adorable. The best thing of this overall wave are the minidolls. We are finally getting more per set! The standouts are the new characters: the two kids, the grandpa, the actress, the movie Theater employee and Andreas parents. I’m pretty sure this wave has the first male minidolls with glasses. Andreas dad and the boy in the cinema (at least it seems like he has glasses). Overall the regular sets are all very good. But the cubes to me look off... I don’t really know what it is, but both the outside and the inside look very odd. I like the concept, and the animal faces are all cute, but the execution is lacking. The insides are all very bland and the stickers look almost too cartoony. At least every cube has a new torso, and Stephanie has some cute cat ears. Emma’s face print tough ends up looking funny imo.

I’m wondering if some of these minidolls will actually be microdolls? Considering that with the elves in the advent calendar we now have official child faces, I definitely see it as a possibility. Andreas house has five minidolls, excluding her and her parents, we still have two unknown figures. Could one of them be her little sister as a microdoll? I also think that the way they’re producing minidolls could have a factor in the more figures per set. The most recent ones seem to be messier and unevenly printed, almost rushed. Maybe the new torsos made it easier to produce minidolls at a faster and easier rate?

That puppy is so cute! It looks too “normal” to be in a cube. Im betting he will be in one of the vet sets. I’m hoping we get more Different house pets in the subtheme, a little kitty would be adorable!

So we finally have a leaked list for the 2021 sets, they seem interesting... these are all in pounds so keep in mind the pricing. January 1st wave: 43186 Bruni buildable character 11.99, 43189 Elsa and the Nokk storybook adventures 17.99, 43191 Ariel’s celebration boat 24.99, 43192 Cinderella’s royal carriage 39.99 March 1st wave: 43181 Raya’s palace 74.99, 43184 Raya’s dragon 27.99, 43185 Raya’s boat 44.99 I’m very excited about these Raya sets, I thought we were gonna get two at most. But three sets for her is great. Can’t wait to see the palace. Something along the lines of the Chinese New Year sets maybe? And its always nice to have more diverse styles of architecture in the line. The dragon should also look very cool. Something like the elves ones in style probably. But I’m not crazy about this January wave. I mean it’s literally the three princesses we have gotten the most sets of. The Elsa book could be cute, but I would have wanted a minidoll of the white dress before a micro doll one. The ariel boat is a bizarre inclusion, but if we get a scuttle and new dress for Ariel it would be a welcome addition. The Cinderella carriage is probably like the 2017 one, but hopefully with Lady Tremaine instead of the Fairy godmother. Still holding out hope for Pocahontas in the summer?
