I want them all. 72001: "Lance's Flywheel"; small station-build, with Lance against two evil robots; spider-like minifig and evil bot. 72002: "Twinfector"; small car-build, driven by bad guy, with Aaron. 72003: "Berserker Assassin"; Flying VTOL with bad guy, with jetpack Macy. 72004: "Count on the Wizard"; Awesome mech-buid, it looks like the black knight mech a bit (yet colors are darkblue/grey/orange), but with a battle suit inside. 72005: "Aaron's X-bow"; Flying bow, looks like an Osprey helicopter a bit, same color scheme as 70355, but also included yellow. With Aaron offcourse, and with two evil gus, one bot and one jetpack minifig. It looks like there's an Axl bot in there too. 72006: "Axl's Rolling Arsenal"; A big WW1 tank, with Axl and Jestro (orange/blue colorscheme) against 2 badguy minifigs, one on a small flyer. All bad guys in black/neon green. We knew that. -

My son was fond of the scannable shields for a while so he got a few, four wave 1 bags and one wave 2 bag. I think more than four just gives mostly doubles, so luckily i stopped there (and his interest switched to Pokémon trading cards). It's not all lost however, because the tri-shield piece is neat. -
Yes. My harddisk is filling up fast on the Wii U with the year 2 content, and some levels are very laggy. And everything @Penkid11 said. Also, there's a riddle in the LotR world, that says something about pink trees, and they are nowhere to be found on the Wii U version; i needed to look at a PS4 walkthrough to find out where they were supposed to be.

I'm also playing on a Wii U, but i'm looking for a nice discount on the PS4 version. Hopefully i goes down to 30 at some point, because i'm not paying more for a game i already own

I really think it's over for Dimensions.... although i like the concept and would have very much liked a year 3. Especially if they would add Marvel/Disney characters and a few kids IP's like Atomic Puppet and the likes. And for the AFOL's stuff like Indiana Jones or Voltron. But i guess a lot of people have been thinking about the possibilities. I think i've bought my fair share of packs, and have ordered a few more just last week, because of some very big discounts on Amazon.fr. Too bad it seems to be cancelled.

I think it would actually make a lot of sense to launch Dimensions 2 instead of year 3. Especially since both competitors are out (Disney quit and Skylanders is skipping (at least) a year). If they would add Star Wars and Marvel into the mix, it would be a success for sure, all they have to do it make all previous packs compatible in some way, and make sure the starterpack is under €70 from the start.

Sure, i think they can, but still, they make it really hard for themselves to add a new theme to the already successful line-up. Set-wise i think you're right, but the tv show really gives a medieval knights vibe with the five knights, Merlok and offcourse the king and queen. -

Normal Castle really isn't going to happen anytime soon. It's too much of an AFOL theme at the moment. There should be a change of momentum in childsinterests, like maybe a movie or tv series, or game, that would introduce a large group of children into the world of castles, horses and knights. Having said that, Nexo Knights is doing just that, combined with cool stuff for kids like transforming sets and magic/tech added, and it's only barely getting a third year (by the looks of it). And, i've said this before, lego is its own biggest competitor for new themes, considering the vastly popular City, Ninjago, Star Wars, Super Heroes themes. It would be very hard for any new theme to gain a foothold. -

I was thinking the exact same thing, coming into this thread. Yes! This could be a very big seller; kids just always love dinosaurs somehow. However, maybe those same kids won't like lego bricks that much. -

I agree, but Twinfector and Berserker Bomber could also fit in an insect-theme. Anyway, i'm glad there will be a year 3, can't wait for news/pics! -

Well, they could. There's been hints at one big "lego universe", so why not? That said, i don't think they will. I think a new theme needs some time to grow on people, i think lego knows this too, that's probably why a 'big bang theme' is scheduled for 3 years. They've invested a lot in Nexo Knights, with the app, the tv show, the magazine, and it's part of lego events in shopping malls. I really hope they will continue with Nexo Knights for at least the planned third year. If that's the end, so be it, but maybe it gets picked up late, and a fourth year is possible. Probably not going to happen, because Nexo Knights' biggest competition of from very strong other themes. But one can hope right? -

It's amazing. Yet, at a price of over 300€ (pretty sure), i'd rather get the other big sets. 300€ is like half my yearly LEGO budget. -

I think 2018 will start with more sets from the Lego Batman and Ninjago movies. So even if Nexo Knights is coming to an end, and a new theme is launched, i'm guessing it will be summer 2018 at the earliest. It seems to me Lego is cannibalizing its own markets, with so much stuff at the same time; Ninjago (Movie), Batman Movie, Superheroes, Star Wars, Speed Champions, Minecraft... there's just so much 'boys stuff', i can understand Nexo Knights has a hard time getting through, all those other themes are well established already.
