Probably won't help but this was in Exeter, UK.
-
Picked up the FO and Resistance Battle Packs earlier, not yet built them. Noticed the FO Snow Speeder micro (can't remember it's proper name) is out too but didn't bother getting that.
-
Nice, will pop round there later today as been meaning to pick up the FO Transporter for awhile now.
-
Glad to hear you're well on your way! Really wish I'd picked one up back in the day when they weren't extortionate, not sure i have the patience (or cash) to Bricklink one.
-
And the winner of the biggest-overreaction-to-the-tiniest-chance-of-a-production-mix-up-which-would-be-quickly-rectified-by-TLG-anyway goes to.... [pauses to build suspense] Darththeling! To be fair, it was a category with a LOT of competition.

Picked up my Falcon today. Just got to finish my complimentary AT-AT first (long story but terrible then awesome customer service from Argos).
-
Just picked up my SW Advent Calendar from John Lewis (in UK). Still expected in late September in Argos and my local toy shop. Oh and Tesco have a clubcard points boost on all Lego too, £5 in clubcard points = £10.

We heard you the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th.... 217th/218th time! ;)
-
The key word you've missed is that they say 'official' which could very well be true.
-
Argos had it listed in store as being available at the end of September (28th?).

Not a fan of the PT or any of their vehicles & sets (Lucas ruined the franchise IMO...) but that is nice. Looks simple but can appreciate the engineering that's gone into it to make it look that way.

Those who wanted the leaks and early set reveals are probably happy enough with what we've already seen so don't see this as being a big deal. Staying on TLGs good side is obviously critically important for a site like this so needs must. Ah, that makes a LOT more sense.
-
Probably wrong but it looks to me like the stud is separate from the rest of the body though (there seems to be a joint). If it is, why not make the stud trans?
-
Really like this, great design too to get the pilot hatch included.

I thought it was the DS that was retired to make way for Hoth? -
Yet still cheaper than £.
-
i didn't realise those were supposed to be transporters, makes the wings on Kylo Ren's shuttle ridiculously massive! Update: got caught up in this thread and didn't realise this was the 2016 one. These last few posts need moving across.

Worse than what? If those prices for the MF are correct, €150 is £106. The price in £ converts to €183! $$ still wins but got to factor in taxes, with €s its just the shipping costs. Still going to be much cheaper than buying in the UK.
-
Why does TLG hate the UK so much? Those prices are ridiculous. Pretty much the same in $ as in £. The MF in today's exchange rates should be £95. Think I'll be buying from Amazon.de as the prices work massively in our favour at the moment.
-
Better than usual though, no?
-
Anyone got an idea on what the big structure/vehicle is at the back (slightly left of centre)? Looks to be chugging smoke from some kind of funnel or chimney. Can't see whether the two other things that flank it are the same structure/vehicle or not. Good luck TLG with the guys in the black at the front left, looks like they're wearing pantaloons!

Interesting piece in the notes from that pic, suspect it's BS but you never know...
-
If not the supply chain, some online store is bound to accidentally upload the new pages to the live servers beforehand. Happens all the time.
-
Pretty sure my local TRU is planning on a 12:01 opening also and I'm in the UK so 5+ hrs ahead of the U.S./Canadian. based members. Presumably other stores will open at 12:01 local too so now we just need to identify Australian/New Zealanders so we can get the full range a good 12+ hrs ahead of North America. That's if they're not already leaked well ahead of that date...

No idea on prices, everything I see is crazy (£2,200+) but that is eBay, Amazon, etc.
