Results of Round 6 of the Rockling Riot Battle:

Boomingham heals himself - Guardian Angel

>William vs. Sedimentus - Aura

>Ellaria vs. Ignetus - Hit (Ignetus: 90 health-(26x2=58 dmg)=42 health)

Metamortus - Free hit vs. Boomingham William (William: 60 health+8 SP-(20/2 dmg)= 58 health)

Gulk - Bleeding (Gulk: health: 226-(5 dmg)=221 health)

Barty again darts it, preparing to defend the Party as William summons a protective Aura around himself. Ellaria again decimates Ignetus as her bolts continue to rip apart the Rockling's outer shell. Metamorus swings for Boomingham but William's Aura diverts the Rockling as he goes for the Warden. Gulk's wounds continue to weep black puddles onto the street.

Did the counterstrike work or not? It's not listed in the actions, but it is in the description?

Boomingham picks back up his sword and swings at Gulk. "Not exactly what I wanted, Barty, but I'll take it. Let's try to heal again next round."

Just in case it comes to auto running. For Round 8 we'll all keep our targets, except I'll heal from the front row instead of attacking.

QM Note: William's Aura attracted the free hit, so Boomingham did not counterstrike. Sorry I always forget about the battle descriptions when I copy and paste. :blush: Also Warden's Auras stack, correct?

QM Note: As we've gone past the 24 hour mark, I'll run the next round assuming William will have listened to Boomingham, but remember VolcanicPanik a QM is not required to be nice. :wink:

Results of Round 8 of the Rockling Riot Battle:

Boomingham vs. Sedimentus - Special Guard (William: 116 health=(10 dmg)=106 health and Stunned)

Gulk - Bleeding (Gulk: health: 165-(5 dmg)=160 health)

Boomingham dodges to one side as Sedimentus rolls past him into William who is knocked flat, stunned for the next few moments. Gulk adopts a protective stance around his fellow Rocklings ready to receive any hits coming their way. Ellaria buries a bolt in the big Rockling's side doing a good bit of damage but the monster remains steady. The protest leader lunges for Boomingham who again sidesteps allowing the diminutive to tackle William whose shield adsorbs most of the blow.

Ellaria, if I happen to go down, I'd appreciate that you pick me back up next round. I think I need to be up for us to survive the round. Boomingham vs. Sedimentus - Special Damage (Boomingham: 26 health-(10 dmg)=16 health and Ellaria Stunned)

Boomingham swings for the yellow Rockling but it evades him again before throwing himself at the Paladin knocking him into Ellaria who is stunned to the ground. Not being able to defend herself in time, Gulk bears down upon the Druid giving her a nasty bump on the head. William rights himself, but cannot stop Metamortus from bringing the Paladin closer to collapse. Wounded as he may be, Boomingham manages to deliver a countering strike to the Rockling before he can scoot away.

Things begin to steadily look worse for the Party. Boomingham is unable to heal himself and is not quick enough to move out of the way of the charging Metamortus who knocks the Paladin out. "Stand and fight, Lawrence! Where is your new God now?!" The little angel whisks his way over to Harkenshire. "You may want to throw that smoke bomb, Mr. Harkenshire. Maybe regroup and face them down again?"

Boomingham groans from the ground. "No retreat! We can survive if we're smart. Harkenshire, take on Sedi this round, and take the hit from their leader. Gulk still seems to be shocked that he's hit something. Next round Ellaria will get me off the ground, and we'll be back in this thing."

You'll only take two damage from him. It's safer to just attack Sedi, and you'll potentially actually do some damage to him.

William successfully hits Sedimentus, keeping the party from going over the brink. Ellaria rights herself, but she is unable to protect herself from the incoming rocky fist of Gulk, who brings the Druid dangerously close to being knocked out as well. Metamortus slides in to deal with the Warden, but William's shield holds fast receiving most of the blow. The Party is still alive but struggling to hold on.
