Obviously thought it would be too unfair on me to make the UCS Gunship and a good Harry Potter wave in the same year.

I’m fine with it too because I think I’m going to spend my entire budget on the BrickLink sets lol at least some people aren’t letting me down this year

Lego are saving me quite a lot of money this summer. I have zero regrets now about using my points towards the Winnie the Pooh set. At least I'm going to get the Home Alone house this Christmas, too.

That's the positive thing about all of these sets. It allows us to focus on other interests.

Hm. I was about to guess it might be a remake of the Harry and Quirell Erised scene but I think that would be too logical.

  • Dobby and Kreacher (which would be excellent if minifigs were included as well)
  • Scabbers and Crookshanks
  • Trevor and Umbridge
  • Thestral and baby Thestral
  • Owl that isn't Hedwig and Errol
  • Draco as a transfigured ferret and Crabbe's pants
  • Scabbers as a half-transfigured cup and McGonagall in animagus form
  • Norberta and Fang
  • Niffler and multiple baby Nifflers

The Durmstrang boy who asks Padma to dance and the daily prophet photographer is my guess.

They will probably be crabbe and goyle :roflmao: LEGO heard us saying we wanted their minifigures and was like “just you wait! In 2021 you will get minifigures and brickbuilt figures of those 2 *chefs kiss*”

Probably went a bit too vague on that one :laugh_hard: It's a selection that makes a lot of sense but at the same time it's a little weird.

Do you MOC your sets, Juve?

My thoughts on the $250 being a chess set? At first I didn't care for it. I like to think they will make each chess piece buildable and they will be decently sized because of the price. Hopefully, the board is more than a flat board and they make it, for lack of better term, "very HP": a few columns and bits of fire pieces to surround the board maybe?

Not really but I would have to for the new sets since I want to connect them with the ones I have

@Guyon2002 Wait, so if you can confirm for us that 76392 is a buildable Fawkes and that 76393 is a pair of buildable figures, in addition to around a week ago when you essentially confirmed that 76395 is a Quidditch Class set, at this point is there any reason you can't just reveal the full names? You're already halfway there.

More than halfway actually, at this point 76394 is the only complete mystery left

Hang on a second, where did that one come from? A bonus set? *huh*

Edit: That's the advent calendar

76390 is the Advent Calendar, and 76395 is the (non-Moments) Quidditch Class.

Oh jesus, so this is how bad it gets...

Buildable chess set D2C, $70 Fawkes, $130 buildable figures set... :ugh:

And if it doesn't improve next year, you also get to enjoy some delicious finger food, so you have at least that to look forward to

Do you flying/Quidditch is definitely 76395?

Guyon accidentally confirmed that one last week or so

I feel like it is almost a given that one of the buildable figures has to be Harry. Who would be a “weird” head-scratch inducing choice to pair with him? If I had to guess based on LEGO’s new “build together” theme, I would say it’s Harry and Ginny. Or Harry and Cho... Oh God please no - not a giant brick built Cho in brown face to haunt my nightmares!

Well, the most logical and representive choiche would be Harry and Voldemort, I suppose.

But this wouldn't be weird.

... mmm ...

Oh, well, maybe Harry and Hagrid like in Diagon Alley  :snicker:

I love that the one redeeming quality people seem to mention is that it’s SO bad that LEGO is almost forcing you to save money  as if it’s not possible to just not buy a set of a good wave.
