LegoFjotten Posted January 8, 2018 High-resolution version on Flickr This was built at the same time as my other steampunk builds and displayed at Skærbæk 2016, just never got around to taking a photo of it. I may have to do another shot to better show how the glider is built. Was tempted to change the simplistic style of the base, but decided it was better to keep the same so it didn't stand out too much. Comments are welcome! Littleworlds Posted January 8, 2018 Looks great! Surprisingly simple, but very effective with an excellent use of cape-pieces. The pilot herself is just hilarious. I guess you have to be a bit crazy to fly something like this! It also seeks that your hiker has went lost for his last time. Overall a brilliant little vignette! kieran Posted January 10, 2018 Fantastic, I assume the glider and base are not connected?
LegoFjotten Posted January 11, 2018 Thank you both for your comments! The base and glider are connected with a transparent 12L bar (99784) for display, just removed it with Photoshop.
-zenn Posted January 12, 2018 Neat build, love to see a more sideways view. Extra kudo's for the lost hiker!
