You had me all excited that they had revealed the villain! But it's just the actor...

Hey, at least it's not a girl - that means Black Cat is out (it was rumored).

On a side note, Sam Raimi was in an interview a while back, and the interviewer had the villain's name whispered into his ear, and then turned to the camera, and said 'Well folks, now it's all clear in black and white.' and Raimi looked angry.

My money's on Venom - I hope they do it.

On aintitcoolnews.com they have a rumor that it's going to be Man-Wolf AND Venom! I hope that's true!

And Dr. Doom is showing up in The Fantastic Four this summer, so they've got that covered.

I totally forgot about the F4 :$ !! Maybe in the sequel Spidey team up with F4 against Dr Doom.

All the rumors I read lead to the same villains: Man-Wolf AND Venom

Lets hope this will be confirmed. For now the movie is only in pre production and the cast is not totally definitive.

Who is man-wolf? I know that Venom is that symbiote guy Eddie Brock but I have never heard of man-wolf :'(

It better be venome anyway but I'd like cranage aswell.

Carnage comes after Venom, but I like him more than Venom. Still, can't have Carnage before Venom or at the same time.

You see, I think it would be possible for them to have both carnage and venom. think about it. Didn't Hobgoblin come before green goblin? This never happened in the film. Also doc ock and all his crew were never in the film. i think both carnage and venom is possible.

The Xmen movies are alright, I prefered spidey tho. Not that I have any objections to Xmen 3 ;)

Guys here is a little status on S3 and X3: both movies are in pre-production.

S3 will start to be shot in may 2006 for a 2007 release.

X3 directed by Matthew Vaughn (producer of Snatch) will prbably be released in 2006. Producer Avi Arad recently confirmed that Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, and Patrick Stewart will all be returning.

I can't wait for both ;)

- Alan Cumming (nightcrawler)

- Hugh Jackman (wolvie)

- Ian McKellen (Magneto)

- Patrick Stewart (prof X)

- Famke Janssen (Jean Grey)

X3 without storm will not be that great though :'(

But because the movie is in pre production nothing is definitive.
