Well the set does look nice, it's just unusual to see such set feature this kind of color patterns. Good amount of vehicles and train is still big and has the usual amount of wagons. 

F1 Truck ain't bad at all, cheaper way to get a transport truck, and car looks nice aswell.

Yes, the color scheme is very close to an Operation Lifesaver CSX locomotive livery and the locomotive itself matches a modern American diesel/electric locomotive very closely.

Rides Apparently just compact vehicles to fit baby figs.

I just saw the releases too! My bank account is totally going to be at zero this year. I'm getting the airport, taxi, coast guard boat, fries truck and much more! I'm also happy that I got some clarification on the *Rides* series of City sets. Basically Little Tikes/Power Wheels vehicles in the Lego City universe. 

Totally getting that airport though.

So a lot of 7+ and only 1 4+, we are due another hospital as Lego makes them every 4 years, so it’ll be interesting to see what this one will look like. I’d like to see a Cement Mixer in a non 4+ style as it’ll be very interesting how it’ll look like nowadays, maybe another recycling vehicle, like a garbage truck but with the bins going at the side. A Police Station I reckon will be in this wave, along with a Police Mobile Command Truck in the similar size to 60408, 60440 and 60445. A bank robbery set. Maybe a new sub theme even?

Why isn't 60495 Recycling Truck not in the list or was that a rumor? Cement Mixer and Snow Plow look good from the pics I just saw, and I like the fact they have doors that open for the cab. What exactly is Rides - Construction Loader?

1 shark and a recolored dog, City is moving away from animals and moving towards more vehicles unfortunately  for me. The tractor is looking good, but without a single animal a disappointment to me, strange they do not make any plows, trailers etc for the all the tractors they make

The City line have been killing it since Chris Stamp was put in charge.

Last year I pined the fact that the Lego truck was just too big for my space, and hey presto a miniature version. No doubt I'll be nabbing multiple taxis over it's shelf life too.

Most of the rest don't suit my layout, but my nieces and nephews will be loving life at uncle's expense. Very fond of the tractor & airport too.

I was kind of expecting the hot rod to be a remake that Speed Champions Ford Model A from 2016, but I ain't complaining, a day 1 buy for me

Right, this might be the best wave for this era of CIty too. So many great, colourful and unique designs, so much personality.

Also, fun detail, the figure with the hidden disability lanyard is Chase McCain, which is sweet giving that to the theme's big hero. Sure that'll make some kids feel seen.

Yeah, it's a funny little line, seems like they're using the Space baby mold which is interesting

This is definitely a very interesting wave, in my opinion. Not sure about Rides, a series of collectible minifigures including those toddlers would have been more appropriate. Coastal Guard vehicles and garbage truck are good models, love the airport firetruck, it will be mine on day one.

I'm gonna guess that after this Cement Mixer release, either we get a Dump Truck, Front Loader,  Tower Crane or Backhoe Loader. To top it all off, a Construction Works Center or some type of Construction Zone set that is not 4+.

I’m predicted either a crawler crane, front loader or dump truck. An articulated dump truck that had a similar function to 60471. 
I am hoping the tractor is the start of a farming subtheme, hoping to see a combine harvester in the future

Personally I couldn't care less about soapbox or rides. 

I'd prefer to see more of the cheap great vehicles than goofy ideas for 10€ racers.
