  1. Well Now everything's been revealed. The Freight train guesses we're correct, interesting to see a 3677 loco remake as a shunter. Only bad thing about the set being the crane. The mountain bike set is nice aswell, interesting door mechanism. Also nice to see an off road van in that size. If anyone wants to see pics go and look for unibricks on instagram.
  2. Now we’ll just have to wait until tomorrow to see the rest of the sets. Hopefully they’re not exclusives. Looks like the roller coaster theme park gig has spread to friends
  3. I'd probably make it 8 studs wide to add doors. But as a moc instead because I really like the original colors from the set. Ever since the release of the Icons Stadiums and The Around the World Gwps I've been longing for a Portugal inspired set.
  4. This set reminds me a lot of the Praia das Maçãs Tram in Sintra. Given it also takes you to the beach.
  5. I think it's the Lava Land set. There were supposedly 3 My City sets: Car Wash, Pizzeria and Lava Land. Was there a 4th one all along?
  6. Picture the Robot World set but with flowing lava and a rock monster from Power Miners.
  7. What the hell is that pizza set? The other sets seem nice, the train sets are a bit weird in size and side builds. (horrible prices btw) Let's see if the Cargo Train and Amusement Park look better at least. Edit:Saw the Lava Land Set, only thing I don't like is the fact it's a reskined Robot World. Bet the next'll be Space Police Themed.
  8. Been watching him since 2022, very detailed reviews of upcoming trains. If it goes without a motor, probably.
  9. Seriously hope so! From what it seems it doesn't have any type of power functions included, so it better have a passenger car. It's 90€ for God's Sake! Mine are on the Freight Train, I'm hooked on trains, especially cargo trains. Not that big of a fan of either classic trains of tram cars in LEGO form but I might grab both. And has anyone else seen the passenger plane? Really nice looking considering it's age rating. Definitely an upgrade compared to 2018's and 2020 Junior Planes. Really impressed by both the Construction Vehicles from this wave, and personally I like the idea of adding more than just the vehicle itself. Gives more life to the overall product. Car Wash is disappointing when it comes to the vehicles, boring and messy designs. And shall I add the fact that these big SC wheels don't fit nicely to City Vehicles at all.(Probably the only one who thinks that) Leak season might run dry for now but it's just a 2 week wait for detailed and HD images to come.
  10. I'll still get it anyway for the vehicles. City never had much pizza delivery vehicles if I'm not mistaken. And the car caught my attention. Pizza delivery ain't just Mopeds. Even though the tram isn't of the usual kind, I'd still buy it aswell given the low beach areas city has recreated, besides the Marina and Lifeguard Station. The Backhoe was supposedly leaked aswell. Please be as good as the other set.
  11. Saw it! I'm a little disappointed with both the Tram and Pizzeria. Thought that both would be bigger. Considering the red tram is a goner and we haven't gotten any sizeable pizzeria since forever at this point. But hopefully the designs might change my mind
  12. Where can I find them? Really curious about those sets.
  13. @vizzitor Damn! The set's amazing! Haven't been that interested in construction sets so far but they got me with this one. The hauler rocks.
  14. While it seems there are none, it's not true, however these subthemes have lost the traditional patterns and values of a common city subtheme. -My City -Great Vehicles -Trains -Miscellaneous-(Advent Calendar) Now the new direction city is going with has ruined the concept of subthemes. The Set numbers are misleading and the range is lost. Set xxxx1-Subtheme A Set xxxx2-Subtheme C Set xxxx2-Subtheme A again. Soon city might just be a bunch of miscellaneous sets.
  15. If there’s one thing I love, it’s trains and buildings, sadly one is gaining the spotlight while the other suffered badly last year and isn’t getting much attention. 2027 better have a ton of buildings to pay off this “debt”. I keep searching and finding many interesting sets from the 90s and 80s and keep wanting to see a modern city counterpart. I keep trying to figure out a way to fit the wires. Come to think of it there’s a certain set that looks awfully similar to this new one. Hear me out. -Both Sets Feature a Crane and Truck -This old one features only flatbed cars/wagons, the new one is harbour related supposedly, until now a cargo ship just carries containers, could this newcomer feature a few flatbed wagons that only transport containers maybe less than usual. The difference between the port train and the last cargo train in piece count is 300ish pieces, mighty just feature some cuts somewhere.
  16. If it does it'll either be a pain or an interesting idea. All of the Star Wars SB Sets are going to be sold in 6 countries only, I don't wish the same to happen with City. As for new power functions components, how about a rechargeable hub for a change. Or a return to 9v? Those old school motors were great for shunters and small locos. I'm not sure about the possibility of having a shunter for the cargo train, at least if powered up stays for the summer trains. My guess is a loco close to 60470 if it uses Powered Up. I'm curious to see that size of loco being used in a regular train.
  17. Probably more than a coaster, I hope. But it's obligated to have a volcano! And what about the eletrics/power functions ? A Freight Train having those components and costing only 100€, is it possible? Same goes for the Steam Train. Funny how LEGO is doing a lot of train releases nowadays.
  18. 100€ Cargo Train? Interesting... Classic Tram, is it based on the old-school trams, or something close to the 2010 tram? Lava Land seems promising, curious how the City Crew handled a Theme Park design. So the Pizza Set is an Actual Pizzeria 60512 is looking like a limited release. So it seems the 2026 rotation of trains gave us a twist: An affordable Cargo Train and a classic passenger train. The wave overall is packed with less expensive sets. Great! However I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how can they release a 100€ Cargo Train. And how big is the Steam Train gonna be? (Last year's Holiday Train has 800-900 pieces and look at it!) 2026 overall gave me the most of hope ever, many sets that I've been longing to see actually coming?! Are they listening to us?
  19. Really confusing wave this one: 2 Different Releases in a week A new tram. And a steam train?! Man I would sure hope to see anything close to those 2000s locomotives lego released separately. Now will this surprise train have power functions? Or track? Given it was codenamed as a vehicle instead of a train. These codenames are all confusing. That "My City" pizza set either gets called a vehicle pack or a pizzeria with delivery vehicle. Is it actually a building or not? Now just remains that one set for each Subtheme. Any guesses?
  20. A smaller cargo train perhaps? The piece count is surprisingly lower compared to March's Police Train. Odd that some of the sets are late may releases and some are June 1st.
  21. Until now there are no factions, on the train set it's clear that it's just a duo of thieves trying to free their partner behind bars. We've got factions before but this doesn't seem to be the case. In 2020-22 we've got the Fendrich Goons/Henchmen In 2019 we've got the Ravens/Crows for the Sky Police. Ever since it's just simple and quick storytelling. The decal might just be there for decorative purposes and make the vehicle feel less bland in colors. Personally I get vibes off KillBill and GTA V with this set.
  22. Well Mr. Produce was also in the Advent Calendar, so that doesn't quite make sense, but It's true about the rest.
  23. Oh boy! I wish I could buy some those sets aswell. 2023 House, 2022 Supermarket and Station have gone up in price in the second hand market, it's uncanny! But for the rest, I don't regret missing those as I recently bought most 2nd hand for dirt cheap. (60308 for 7 euros and 60329 for 13). I'm curious to see if there'll be any kind of remake of some of these sets. And Fun Camping? I'd say the but only if they're not as expensive as they were before! Those used to cost an arm and a leg!
  24. You talking about the My City thing, right?
  25. Well whoever led the team in summer 2023, that's the one we need. 2023's My City was a stacked wave of buildings. I don't think My Limits themed sets are what people want, Am I right?
