fr that scene would still be cool with actual raptors

Sucks that we never got a good look at the raptors. Still tho, it makes sense since they're implied to fear the Mutadons

I wonder if none of the mutants sold that well that Lego isn´t doing Sets with any of those. At least I wouldn´t be interested in either of them, actually not even interested in the Titanosaurus because it looks just too ugly with the bulge on the head.

The trailer looks like they are doing the same mistake they made with the hybrids now with mutant dinosaurs. I still will watch it sooner or later, but not really hyped about the movie or anything.

The new sets are cool, especially the big Spino/Quetz temple set, it is really fun to build and the little boobytrap play feature is quite fun lol! And i noticed on the sides of the boxes they have land/sea/air squares, which are highlighted for which species are in the sets! Its cool to see that around the promotional stuff for this film 😁

Although i think it was the mosa set i was building, the instructions are a bit weird at the top, instead of saying a pieceX2 there would be 2 images of that piece, still works fine just thought it was pretty funny throughout that instruction booklet lol 🤣

Oof that's a terrible way to do it, let's hope that's not their plan going forward. I mean imagine an art mosaic set doing that  or worse still the ship in a bottle set :head_back:.

That's not the Mosasaurus set, it's 76975 T.Rex River Escape since it's a 5+ set and it's how the instructions for 5+ show the pieces needed.

Honestly, I had no idea about this aswell, but when you think about is it just makes a lot sense, since not every child in pre-school age can actually already read numbers.

76972, should be quite cheap.

I know, but if I get all the sets with new dinos I'll have two of the new raptors not to mention a in my opinion an inferior quetzal.

It's 100% ending up in a magazine at some point

The only question is if it ends up in one I can get my hands on.

It would be nice if the baby aquilops came in another cheeper set.

I found that baby Aqueitops off eBay and it’s only $5-sih, along with new Velociraptor mold, Douglas $11. Not exaclty cheap but I’m glad i don’t need to buy a whole set.

Meanwhile, I will continue hunting for Spinosaurus, Titanosaurus and Quetacoatlus.

Or new gentle petting pen set with re-colored Stegosaurus?

The one from belgium that I believe sold, it was like 12 or 13 bucks with shipping to where I live, I might have considered it if it was closer to just 5 to 8 with shipping.

But thanks for remembering me.

Yeah, sometimes those sellers are kinda greedy when it comes to selling Lego pieces. For example, last year, I bought  both Stegosaurus and Allosaurus and they were like $45 - 50 each. I’m not looking for the secondary market prices on Spinosaurus, Titanosaurus and/or Queztacoatlus but oh well…. I might try Bricklink

So I feel like this is a dumb question but are we sure the new raptor molds aren't supposed to be mutodons or whatever I've heard the raptor creature with wings called?

There's a new clip with a raptor and mutadon fighting, so the new mold should be for the raptor. But I also thought the same at first, as it's very weird that they didn't show the Raptors for this long.

The new piece has no wings, looks exactly like a velociraptor, and is named as such on the packaging
