Iron Man buildable figure is 76344 not 76334. A book nook might be back on the table. 76344 is the previously rumoured 18+ set, while 76334 is a 9+ set, so it‘s definitely not a book nook Quote

UCS Hulkbuster 2.0 for $1k to fit the new large buildable Iron Man figure ;) Quote

We need to find out what the 4 other sets are so I can know if there will be any sets worth getting. Seriously- it's nice of them to make the best set also the cheapest one, I don't know if I'd have bought a $35 spider-car just to get a ghost rider figure. Assumably they're infinity saga, right? In which case.... I don't have high hopes. It's not going to be thunderbolts sets or anything. I think a Titan Battle is likely, which could be cool. 5 hours ago, psqidexslizer said: I’d be surprised if leakers knew at this point which figures are and are not in Doomsday sets. Minifigures are usually among the last details we learn about sets and movie sets are typically kept under wraps better than non-movie sets. Plus, the sets wouldn’t come out until next fall so I can’t see leakers teasing his inclusion this early. It's almost certain that doomsday sets were in development before that delay to december- it's not out of the question a leaker could have gotten a bit of info out of them back when they were planned for (Likely) an April 2025 release. That said, I would definitely prefer some comic-based X-men sets than doomsday X-men ones. (Or '97, the designs are essentially the same) 5 hours ago, Kaijumeister said: A large buildable Iron Man figure is truly a welcome addition to the winter lineup It isn’t at all redundant after getting a bust, helmet, and UCS Hulkbuster. Don't forget the buildable figure four years ago. (Honestly if this is a constraction figure I don't really mind- if those actually do sell, it makes sense they'd want one of one of the few characters it actually works for back on shelves. If it is an 18+ statue I'm going to lose it- lego has a problem making and discarding new 18+ sublines). 2 hours ago, Scarilian said: UCS Hulkbuster 2.0 for $1k to fit the new large buildable Iron Man figure ;) If they hire Ransom Fern I'd actually be OK with this, but with the current team, given the de-evolution of the design between 2015 and 2023?4? I think it would legitimately just be a rectangular prism with limbs. After all, it's crucial it fits that new buildable iron man. Quote

If they can keep churning out Endgame sets over and over, I don't think it would be unfeasible to get sets from the Raimi films every so often. They're even getting re-released in theaters (again) in a month, so clearly they still have commercial appeal. My Target app shows me which Lego sets get purchased the most in the last month and out of the Marvel ones, the subway set is one of the top ranking with 11K bought in the last month. The only Marvel set that beats it is the Spider-Man Mech vs Anti-Venom set which sold 16K in the last month. And that's only a $10 set. The lack of Ronin to this day is why I feel we're probably only going to see a fraction of the Doomsday/Secret Wars cast in minifigure form if we can't even get one Endgame character more than half a decade later despite regularly getting Endgame sets. I'd be curious how they'd make Kingpin, like if he'd be a bigfig or a regular figure. After the Thing, I feel they'd make Kingpin a regular minifig too. I wouldn't mind the repeat of the same heroes and villains if we got more variety with the civilian characters like Peter's friends from the classic comics: Flash Thompson, a non-Goblin Harry, Liz Allan, 616 Gwen Stacy, etc. 7 hours ago, Mandalorianknight said: That said, I would definitely prefer some comic-based X-men sets than doomsday X-men ones. Something tells me even if we get a new Cyclops minifig, he still won't get dual molded legs or even yellow hips. Quote

The Infinity Saga still has so much potential with the Destroyer, Red Skull‘s car, the train chase in CA:TFA, Malekeith‘s ship, Knowwhere, Ego‘s planet, Q-ships, and so on, but nahhhhhh, we definitely need more Endgame final battle and redundant Iron Man sets I think I‘d prefer more Raimi sets right now. Unfortunately the mech's $15 (I mean, I think it's a reasonable price for it, but you know what I mean) but yeah the price point definitely helps it and the fact that the next one up is $55 is evidence of how well the subway set's doing. I wouldn't mind that either. That's pretty cool- maybe he can come down to affordable secondhand once those release. Still waiting on the x-jet cyclops minifigure to not cost $15-20 on BL. 10 hours ago, BrickBob Studpants said: A Titan Battle set would be neat A good candidate for the unknown $100 set! I hope so- I think @poisonbricks was the one who made a good moc-up of what it could look like. If they can implement some of strange's abilities- a Mirror Dimension effect out of trans-clear, some representation of the bands he uses, etc- I think it could make a really unique display piece- maybe they have some moon chunks on transparent stands as if they're crashing down? (It'll be stock orangeish terrain with a midi-scale sakaaran fighter - it'll be an endgame final battle that still doesn't include ronin.) To be fair I can see why we don't get some of these- Malekeith's ship isn't likely to be a bestseller, for instance- but the Q-ships stick out to me as anything Infinity war should do pretty solid and they already undersized the sanctuary 2, so it's not like it'd need to be a D2C set. Likewise, Thor vs the destroyer is screaming to be a $10 set. Raimi sets would be excellent too, the Spider-Man 3 final battle would be a great playset, and- again on $10 sets- just a simple goblin glider and brick wall or something would sell spectacularly.
