I appreciate the usage of the original hat and hair mould for Jack, though a dark blue torso would suit him better. Why does he seem to have sand blue legs? Lovely to see Elizabeth in her underdress, I was hoping for such a piece. Any speculation as to whom the head on Jack might belong to?

Agreed on Jack. The brighter colors make him look clean, which he is not. It looks like the hat/hair is a new mold, as the locks of hair don’t seem to exactly match the old one. I am curious why he has the hat if he doesn’t have his coat, though, and also as to whose head that is. 
 

Elizabeth and Gibbs look nice, even if the reused Leia face isn’t ideal.

Aye, that be a strange image. In all of his appearances he has brown trousers, but one could assume that the designers took notes from this particular image. Quite often that be the case. Not a problem for me, just the colour mismatch on his sash is evident.

Having looked at my version of the hat/hair combo; it does look like a new piece. Like you said, some of the hair is different and the hat feels smaller too, in width at least I think, though the angle makes it difficult to say with certainty. The print on the beads looks more detailed compared to the old one as well, but the print of the bone looks missaligned, it's partially printed on the hat, so I hope that gets fixed.

I also kinda hope we get his hair without hat as well with the more detailed print like in the Silent Mary set, though I do admit that's highly unlikely.

Some people speculated that the head was Ragetti's, but they'd definitely print the wooden eye to stand out, so I doubt it. Otherwise I can't match the face with any of the crew (both the ones rumoured to be included, as those that weren't). Pintel and Will should have more defined beards/mustaches (Ragetti too tbh), Marty doesn't have a stubble and Cotton should have an older looking face with a white beard. So, either: it's a totally unrelated figure, one of the characters will have a totally wrong face or there are characters included that weren't rumoured and I don't have an immediate memory of (maybe another member of the cursed crew or someone of the British navy? It could fit either Murtogg or Mulroy).

Gibbs's torso looks like a cheap knockoff with the thick lines  and no leg printing. The face print looks good though.

Elizabeth's dress looks great, but again the black lines appear to be very thick.

Despite which character the leaked head is intended to depict, if you look closely...  the skin tone of the head is different to that of the arms and neck...

So unless this is a prototype or there's a glaring production inconsistency, this head may be completely unrelated to the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean sets.

Wow, impressive that you clocked that photo as a possible reference. I sure hope his pants get changed to brown as they should be, though!

I can't remember Jack Sparrow so bright in the movies. Maybe I  should rewatch again.
