This area has already been addressed multiple times now but I thought I’d give it a shot. I have the Indiana Jones diorama from 2023 still on my bookshelf and can’t get over how well it strikes a balance between display and play value despite being an 18+ model. I’d love to see Star Wars dioramas with this level of functional integration, and a subline of relatively small sub-£50 dioramas (laughs in LSW pricing) covering duels across the Star Wars saga would be awesome. - Each set would follow an identical footprint of x by y studs, meaning they can connect next to each other. A tile featuring a suitable quote and the logo from the represented film would be included on the base. - A new lightsaber blade mould would be introduced that looks like the blades are ‘swooshing’. Similar to what some Hasbro Black Series figures include (e.g, Count Dooku, the SDCC-exclusive Anakin and Obi-Wan duel, etc.). The Ninjago Epic Battles sets from a few years ago had something similar with new weapon moulds to evoke a sense of dynamic movement. - Each diorama would include an integrated function evoking a specific scene within a duel. These would be well hidden much like the functions for the Indiana Jones diorama. Focusing on the prequels for now: 1. Duel of the Fates - Includes Darth Maul, Qui-Gon Jinn, and Obi-Wan Kenobi - Diorama: Area around the opening Theed hangar door Maul first reveals himself behind (Quote: “We’ll handle this”.) - Function: Hangar door opens to reveal Maul whilst allowing Qui-Gon / Obi to ‘move’ towards him 2. Duel on Geonosis - Includes Yoda and Count Dooku - Diorama: Geonosian hangar, predominantly some of the archways as well as the boarding ramp to Dooku’s Solar Sailer (Quote: “I’ve become more powerful than any Jedi…even you.”) - Function: Yoda ‘jumps and flips’ (this will require a neck bracket) to clash blades with Dooku, who turns on the spot 3. Palpatine’s Arrest - Includes Mace Windu and Darth Sidious - Diorama: Palpatine’s main office desk and curved window. Small build of the Coruscant cityscape behind the window (Quote: “You are under arrest, my lord.”) - Function: Mace and Palpatine turn in opposing directions, allowing the window to ‘shatter’ and exposing the small cityscape build 4. Battle of the Heroes - Includes Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi - Diorama: The Mustafar catwalk upon which the two duel after making a smoothie out of the control centre (Quote: “Only a Sith deals in absolutes. I will do what I must.”) - Function: Obi-Wan and Anakin move towards each other to clash blades, whilst small builds representing lava and flames rotate out from behind the catwalk. I still can't believe they stopped dioramas before we could get cool prequel ones, the Podrace one was garbage. Quote

Zap Rowsdower Posted October 17 Posted October 17 (edited) With the rumors of a Mandalorian vs. Clone battle pack, I'd love to get some additional Siege of Mandalore content. A red Kom'rk transport would be perfect. That would give us an opportunity for a Rook Kast, Prime Minister Almec, or Ursa Wren figure. The new Slave I has also made me interested in Boba Fett's Clone Wars Appearances. I'm imagining some sets based on the Sabotage of the Endurance or the Mission to Vanqor. Mace Windu's Jedi Starfighter ($50.00) Includes Mace Windu, R8-B7 Aurra Sing with Speeder Bike, Boba Fett with Green poncho. R2-D2 vs Gundark ($20.00) Includes Buildable Gundark, R2-D2, Anakin Skywalker I also would love to get a Minifigures of Boba Fett later in his career, but before he's wearing his Mandalorian Armor. Hound's Tooth ($90) Obviously scaled down, but could be to scale with the new small Slave I. Luke Skywalker, Yuan Howzell, 2x Acolytes of the Beyond I haven't read this comic, but it's nice to see that the Lady Luck is now canon and that Pillio returns. You'd assume TIE variants will always do generally well due to the design scheme being uniform and the iconicity of the main variants. Live-action (but not Mando or Ahsoka) Wave- this one was actually pretty hard to fill up. Obi-Wan vs Darth Vader ($9.99): From the final duel of the show, comes with buildable rocks and functions to launch them to crush your opponent. Includes Obi-Wan Kenobi (final duel) and Vader (damaged mask) The Scythe Microfighter ($12.99): Comes with the Grand Inquisitor Boba Fett Mech ($14.99): Built more like a samurai than an extension of boba's armor like the 2023 mech, with a skirt and more samurai-like armor. Imperial Army Battle Pack ($19.99): Imperial patrol speeder with 2x Stormtrooper and 2x Army Trooper Darksaber Training ($34.99): Halo-ring-world catwalks with Mando, The Armorer, and Paz Vizla. Luke's Jedi Temple ($54.99): Luke skywalker's temple with the surrounding nature, including a feature to make baby yoda "jump", and two construction droids. Includes Luke Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, R2-D2, Mando, and Grogu. TIE Avenger ($69.99): Comes with Cassian Andor (pilot) and two Range Troopers. The Battle of Mos Espa ($129.99): Comes with two large scorponek droids, a buildible rancor, the freetown transport, two of those dumb scooters, and a few building facades with destroy features. Comes with Boba Fett, Cad Bane, The Mandalorian, Fennec Shand, Black Krrsantan, the Weequay Bartender, Drash, Skad, and 4x Pyke Soldier Fortress Inquisitorius ($169.99): Comes with interrogation room, hanger bay, hallways with window-exploding features, conference room, and security checkpoint. Includes Obi-Wan Kenobi, Young Leia, Tala, the Fourth Sister, Grand Inquisitor, Fifth Brother, Third Sister, 2x Stormtrooper, and 3x Purge Trooper, UCS The Fondor ($239.99): Sort of a pseudo UCS, at the 18+ branding, detailing/build methods, and availability but not too much larger than the last falcon. Comes with Luthen Rael, a mannequin with his wig and robe, Kleya, Dedra Meero, and 2x Tactical trooper. Helmet: Fennec Shand's helmet ($69.99) Diorama: Luthen's Sacrifice ($69.99): Coruscant underworld backdrop, elevator, and Catwalk with Lonni and Luthen. Quote is "What is my sacrifice? Calm, kindness, kinship, love. I've given up all chance at inner peace, made my mind a sunless space... I share my dreams with ghosts.
