It looks decent. I would change the centre to a different colour though.

I think I understand what angle you were going for, but in my opinion it doesn't work so well.  Maybe taking the shot from behind the shooter and up, then to the left a bit, close to your current position, just higher and more behind the shooter.

Good idea though.
