On SeTechnic, babasorhum posted many pics and a great description of his "Crawler-Mounted Power-Driven Circular Saw". The Babelfish English translation (scroll down the page a bit) of the original SeTechnic post in French reveals:

"The design is in several “modules”, to assemble only with the assistance of some parts. It is more to facilitate transport without all to break, and I even find this technique of assembly by “modules” very interesting in it.
