Okay, it´s fixed gear because it has no freewheel. But it has got brake handles and discs for disc brakes on its axles. I do have to assemble cords at least to make it look like as if it works?!

Your brake handle design is so clever I can certainly survive the lack of cords ☺.Great use of the connecting rods!
