The Battle of Trevager

A series of MoCs I'll be posting every day for the next week.

The Grand Rebellion happened when Vichie Duke Jaques De Monte decided that his realm was big enough to be it's own kingdom. He organized a private army and headed for the capital of Vichie. He won 3 major battles, however, he took major causalities. He and his army retreated far out of Vichie to the Mural Mountains, where the Dwarves live. One Dwarven city, Trevager, let him and his men remaining live with them, on the condition that they help the Dwarves defend the city. And they got there first chance a week later when Sir Notam Bleu sent an invasion force to conquer the city so that he may get a accepted by the king so he can, quote: "Tap some Princess darhier."

Day 1: Arrival

Both sides at the entrance to the city.

Some Rebel soldiers.

Day 2, 7:00AM

There has been continuous skirmishing between the two sides. The Vichie army has built a small tent to shelter the men. Sir Notam and some of his men have went to the nearest Vichie town to find some mercenaries.

The Rebels are about to begin a ceasefire for the night

The cannon was out of ammo, so the gunners dumped it in a nearby swamp, and are now using muskets.

The rebels (unsuccessfully) pour molten led on the Vichies

4:00PM

Sir Notam Arrives with the Mercenaries. But he's late.

The Vichies have extended the tent. Meanwhile, Duke De Monte has called Notam to a dimplomatic meeting...

Slave of pleasure. Rather than turning it down, he is thinking with his pants, so he accepts.

Slave: Your so frisky, non?

Day 3 6:00AM

The Men sleeping in one Tent, due to the fact that their leader is messing around with the slave.

One soldier wakes up to find Sir Notam dead.

The Slave wasn't actually a slave, but a trained assassin.

The Soldiers cremate the body.

8:00AM

The Rebels are using a high quality Dwarve Cannon.

Hmm, needs work.

3:00PM

The Vichie diplomat arrives to help negotiate.

6:28PM

The Vichies offer the Dwarf city to become a vassal, but the dwarves turn it down.

11:50PM

The Vichies send an assassin to kill the dwarve king...

But he fails

Day 4 tomorrow.

I decided to stop. I figured nobody was reading. I'll tell you what happens at day 7 though: After Defeating the rebels and entering the city, the Vichie Force dies in a barrage of Cannon fire.
