Ar Sparfel Posted March 27, 2011 Here is my new maxifig. Yoda is inspired from the clone wars yoda minifig. The most difficult was to build the head. I first tried with Yoda's head from the official lego sculpture, but the head was too small on the body. Then, I tried with green bricks, but it was not good enough, so i've ordered several sandgreen bricks to finish the head. Here is the result : Flickr gallery

Ar Sparfel Posted March 27, 2011 That's a really cool maxifig Ar Sparfel How long did it take you to do this from idea to last brick? blogged It has been running on several weeks because I haven't enough bricks. Well, I could say it takes me between 15 and 20 hours for the entire maxifig.

Brickdoctor Posted March 28, 2011 Very nice job. Almost looks like Yoda is crying because he's been CW-ified. *cough*the classic Yoda is smiling so this problem can be avoided*cough* But great job with the whole shaping; it's much better than I could do, so who am I to nitpick it? That's a pretty good speed for something that size, especially when considering the amount of time, you must have spend, figuring out how to build the different parts of the MOC keeping them in scale with eachother.
