Zorro Posted November 12, 2008 (edited) Aaron Andrews has begun another round of Pirate creations and this time they feature the adventures of a comely lass, name of Backstabbin’ Betty! Undead pirates?... surely not! Monkey skull Island turns out to be more of an adventure than anticipated. Betty sure does get a lot of exercise. Boy, what do I like this MOC ! Betty, I you! *STAB* (Zorro drops dead) So what do you think of The adventures of Betty the Backstabber ??? Edited November 15, 2008 by zorro3999
Mister Phes Posted November 15, 2008 Sir Andrews is quite a talented bugger isn't he? I also quite enjoyed the Monkey Island series, well the first three games anyway, the whole shift 3D in the fourth game didn't really do it for me. Oh by the way... This MOC is first in a series of MOCs...
Zorro Posted November 15, 2008 (edited) He sure is a talented MOCcer yes, I found some of his Betty serie mocs on Darkspawns page, I don't know its his first betty Moc though... I remember the one where Betty stabs a Pirate in a bar to join them. Maybe that is the first one? Darkspawn, are you around here to give us some explanation? Mister Phes Posted November 15, 2008 To quote his response on the Black Betty FlickR page. Thanks for the comments everyone, this was actually the first idea I had for the series, although it was the second creation to be built (the 3rd in the series was the first to be completed). It was originally intended for Halloween, but RL issues prevented a timely release ; )
Guss Posted November 15, 2008 Really nice moc, I love how he did the grass on the top, and the cavern itself is excellent! ^^
