-zenn Posted June 1, 2017 Some categorise their parts by shape, some by color, some by shape & color. Although I've got some bins sorted by color (non-basic colors) and some bins sorted by shape (lots of small pieces), I don't have a sorting system really; 'cause I like to "find" parts along the way while I'm building, that will spark my creativity. Littleworlds Posted June 1, 2017 I usually sort by shape and purpose. As of lately I started using these resealable plastic bags bricklink orders come in to put more rare and specialized parts and colours into. Like printed tiles, for example. That makes it all nicely tidy and also easier to find just the piece you are looking for. Also I hate throwing things away, so having a use for these zipbags is a nice bonus!
