Hi, I have been working on making a large Galactus figure in LDD, intending on buying the pieces necessary and building it in real life once I have finished. I completed the head (I'm building it in sections) and went on Bricklink to check the general prices of the bricks I need. For some reason, though, there is one piece: (Inverted Roof Tile Corner in Dark Purple or Medium Lilac) that was not available on Bricklink, and I have not been able to find anywhere. This kind of screwed me up, because I assumed if it was available in that color in LDD, it would be available in real life. Now I have to figure out a way to bypass this issue when I actually build the figure. Any one else run into a problem like this? -
The Fantastic Four vs Galactus set was 33% off, so I finally decided to get it. But I made a few small mods, none of which are necessarily closer to the film: Yellow faces for Mr Fantastic and Invisible Girl - I don't do fleshy Yellow face for Galactus No stickers on Galactus - I avoid stickers when I can More substantial boots for Galactus giving the sole extra thickness - the boots as sold look like flip-flops Mr Fantastic's hair and Human Torch's head & hair are third party pieces More substantial flames beneath the Human Torch Extra large trans clear piece in Invisible Girl's right hand Taller Thing using white 1x1 plates - I know he's not especially tall in the film but I think the extra height suits him Nougat hands instead of white ones for the Thing (not visible in the picture) Doctor Doom Silver Surfer - third party -

This model is NOT my creation, but is almost totally from this free Rebrickable MOC by user legoswoda, which was itself based on set 60789 (Flying Moon Car) and the Fantasticar from the upcoming MARVEL film about the Fantastic Four. The front view of the '60s retro-futuristic car. The rear of the vehicle. I added the 2x3 and 1x3 plates to the bottom of the MOC to reinforce it. Also, the wheels are easily removable for flying mode. ...and now for some fun! (Because what would the Fantastic Four be without Galactus?) The Thing: 'Hit it Reed, Galactus is right behind us!" Human Torch: 'Maybe if I got out and pushed...' Invisible Woman: 'Must go faster, must go faster!' Mister Fantastic: 'Hands at ten and two, use turn signals and obey all traffic laws... Oops, this light is red!'
