First of all moderators let me know if I have to move it to History forum. House is not modular standard, it is too narroew and have extencions on sides and fornt. But it belongs into the city. My goal was to made curved wooden inserts in tudor style and use 75°slopes for the roof. At the end only front was done with depth of 5 bricks to make it stable. Then I run out of appropritae bricks to made entire house. This is outcome: Whole building: Roof section: Floors: And realy whole building:

Frozen is a great cartoon. Animation is superb, story is refreshing. I just had to do a sceene in bricks. It started with an Arendela castle and soon grew to full size diorama. Here are original castles: And what I did: More photos: http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=539127

Roof technique is great. Interior is superb. PAB is allways a teaser to visit LS. I had a privilege to see this house in person and it is brilliant to fit other houses in the street.

I totaly agree with you (but I can't change title now). Diorama was not ment to reproduce exact historical facts. It is mix of Inka, Aztek and Maya culture. Some parts are my fiction (like calendar on top of right temple). Statues on top of pyramids are also fictional, sources just claim some kind of statuse suppose to be there. They never used north america indian style kanus with sails! Big ship is galeon used some 200 years after America was discoverd (should be caravela). Entire MOC was build just to entertain visitors of exhibition. And I don't thing forum is wrong. MOC has non pirate elements. Thank you for commnets.

For my LUG event I made diorama showing Central/South America natives in time when Spanish found them: You can see detailed photos at: http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=533203 Diorama is interactive with spectators. On a pole in front of it there are six buttons. Three of them lit lights in three temples. One starts flahing lights in eyes of statues left and right of middle temple. One starts rotating calendan on the roof of right temple and one makes kanu came out of the waterfall and retrieve back. There was a plan for big sail ship to drive around the sea on old blue train rails, Unfortunately PFtrain motor was unable to smoothly drive 1,5kg heavy ship. I had no time to change propulsion to XL motor with correct transmission.

That kind of vessel was used by Inkas, Aborigins and Tikis. Blueprints (I only modified stearing to more modern):

Yes, on picture 10 body is white turban. On picture 6 tail is made of old skeleton arm. On pisture 3 there are two beards, Big on top and smal dwarf on the back bottom. On samo places I used round plate 1x1 with hole for bar. Originaly used as eyes in Save a sheep game. Other parts are clerly visible I think.

Thank you all for comments. I am new to EB (not to Lego) and it feels good posting noticable creations.

Fabulous shapes end colors. Both bird and a branch. I like first version of beak more (althow I have no idea how this bird looks in reality). With stretched wings...I liked to se that for sure.
-
For my WIP diorama I needed birds. And this is what I end up with: Ups...a turtle.

There is so much of everything in this MOC it is hard to spot all ideas inbuilt. You could easily made at least two buildings still beeing interesting. And don't give up on bricks man. For me comments are not that inportant, I build for my fun not for reckognition.
