  1. This will be revealed this weekend at the Greenberg Train and Toy Show. AC
  2. All set for this weekend show! NJGardenSLUG will have a display booth on March 29-30, 2014 at the Greenberg Train & Toy Show Edison NJ. Your chance to see in person these MOCs as I've just done a systems check to make sure that everything is complete, so drop on by if you're in the area. AC
  3. Have you been holding out on us as I've noticed the date on your original post of on 30 January 2014 - 01:02 AM? AC PS. Another great review and I've always made it a point to view them so I'll know what to look/feel for when they hit the stores.
  4. This is from the movie version (X-Men movie logo used) not the comic one. AC
  5. Back view pic and parts list added. AC
  6. Back view which really looks like a flight pack! Looks much better in front and now you see how the wings can easily be adjusted from the front view pics. Parts list: 1) Hair - CMS S2 Surfer (tan, can be taken from other minifigs) 2) Head - Kingdoms Dragon Knight (can be taken from other minifigs) 3) Torso - CMS S7 Ocean King 4) Legs - CMS S11 Welder (dark blue, can be taken from other minifigs) 5) Two Wings - Chima Ewar (can be taken from other Chima minifigs) 6) Light bluish gray neck bracket with back stud 7) White 2x2 corner plate 8) Two White tile, modified 1x1 with clip Now you can go and build your own! Or if you got a better idea for the back that would accomplish the adjustable wings plmk. Can you identify all the pieces to make this? AC
  7. Almost done! AC
  8. Final preview pic of the completed diorama. What started out with this has grown into something else. Final casting call for the completed MOC has drawn a lot of characters. AC
  9. Take a closer look at the initial WIP pics and the earlier posts to find out more. AC
  10. Nothing special with them as the torsos were just switched from the CMS musketeers. Bought multiples of those torsos from the BAM bins which was way cheaper than buying the chess sets. AC
  11. Come by to see it if you're in the area! AC
  12. Just one clear LED light shining through the hole in the turntable. AC
  13. [pid][/pid] 248C Sorting through the CMS minifigs gave me this idea for the PhLUG MMM:CMS challenge. Sounds like an even match! AC
  14. Who can save Superman now? AC
  15. Velma Staplebot gives a status report on the preparations for Taco Tuesday to President Business. AC
  16. CopMike, Thanks again as I just got mine today! AC
  17. Done! AC
  18. [pid][/pid] 245A This was around the time that the Spanish conquistadores started colonizing the country. AC
  19. Those are from the Znap sets. AC
  20. The backside and interior pics have been added. AC
  21. This build was just a consequence of the other two corn field related MOCs. AC
  22. And so are the droopy ears but that's only because the display case is too short. AC
  23. Thanks all for your C&C! Hopefully I'll be able to build more ships like this in the future. AC
  24. Actually, I did run out of the grass stems and had to make a run for two large PaB cups at the Lego store over the weekend. AC
