  1. I would like to but it's very time consuming to copy all these 'telegraphs' ! (with the thread locked, I have to copy each one in an independent quote!) For the time being, the obvious thing here is that Boris does not like to accuse people and will eagerly sheep on others ideas!
  2. Pursuant to my post earlier, here are Boris's contribution for yesterday, again we can see a lot of reaction and very little action in terms of voicing suspicions; in fact I don't see one post where Boris specifically accuses/scrutinizes someone. Boris never even once mentionned Michael's name during the day and yet votes for him.
  3. I was once the epicentre of a cataclysm that almost destroyed a town I was in and which made an adjective out of me so believe me when I say that I am VERY careful as to whom I trust and what I say!!! I don't have all the contributions handy, but I mau have time to get around to it but I noticed that Boris never once provided an actual analysis of behaviour. Today's contributions as an example are all one liners (maybe two) which don't bring anything to the discussion: This pattern can be replicated for the past 4 days; Boris always addresses concerns raised about his behaviour but fails to assert his suspicions. Whatever accusations he has made have always been fairly light and rarely followed upon. His voting pattern, as I pointed out earlier, also points to someone either sheeping or reluctantly bandwagoning.
  4. I agree that an investigator's results would definitely be better but she's dead so the best we have is a 'vanilla' result which combined with our gut feeling can be quite indicative. To further my answer to Kenneth, What harm is there in trying to narrow down who is town, the scum already know who we are so what's the harm in discussing it?
  5. 'Clearing' townies reduces my list of scum suspects; is that not the aim here, discuss our suspicions (or in this cases A lack of) so as to try and root out scum? I am aware of what vanilla means, I was expressing that I felt those said to be vanilla were town.
  6. Interesting; I was CONVINCED Kenneth was the poisoner, the timing was just perfect. If the kills were planned to happen as they did, it was an excellent ploy to mislead the town mr. Poisoner. Based on the vanilla result and Kenneth's past willingness/eagerness to hunt scum, I am pretty sure he is town. If the role cop is to be trusted, Carletta, Tony and Kenneth should be 'cleared' as being Vanilla. I personally think that those 3 are town. I would also be willing to bet that Abigail and Tristan are town; I am on the fence about all the other villagers.
  7. WHO KILLED MY WIFE! Show yourselves cowards! I'll echo the thoughts of others and say that I am extremely curious to hear if the role cop has any results from last night. As for my suspicions for today, once again and unless I can be proven wrong I would like to point my FOS at Kenneth as I still think he is the poisoner. Others seem to point their FOS at Boris, I can see that he gathered votes/suspicions for the previous 2 days and voted very late (2nd last and last vote) on the last 2 lynches; yesterday's vote justification is also not the best: I am not ready to condemn either of those men but as far as I am concerned, these are the 2 best suspects I can think of.
  8. bieber me !!!1!!! from Hinck for a very weird autocorrect my stoopid phone made while I was commenting on said stoopid phone; Karma I guess!
  9. Tammo, take your time, we can deal with no mafia for a few days. Sorry for your loss take care and don't worry about us!
  10. In our discussion, I brought up the subject of you possibly being the poisoner and we did weigh the possiblity of the poisoner (you?) being the vig; there was no apparent influence from Tristan's part and I don't think I tried to do so myslef. I only learnt of the role cop at the same time as the rest of you and as Molly pointed out, if the cop claimed to Tristan yesterday (RL) it means we were discussing this theory a day or so (RL) before the info about the cop's results was made public.
  11. I'm also second-guesing my vote to some extent; I want to nab the SK but what if this is all a ploy. I had come to the conclusion/suspicion that Kenneth was the SK and Tristan corroborated or at least reinforced my suspicions but it seems we have no investigator to prove/disprove Tristan's allegations. I guess I will leave my vote where it; Occam's razor
  12. I knew it! You were so evasive when we discussed this that I was pretty confident in my assumptions that Kenneth was the SK! The 'math' adds up; 'new' Kenneth shows up on day 3 and all of the sudden we have a day kill followed by a same day night kill. This seems (to me) like a mod-approved kill passed on from the previous 'voice' who failed to submit it as the change was being made. Bear in mind that this is all speculations but it kind of adds up why else would there be 2 kills with the same MO in one day? Based on his killing townies I don't think it's safe to keep the SK around and he needs to die for us to win. This is our strongest lead so far and could also be our first non-town lynch. If the role cop claimed to Tristan I would sure hope he 'cleared' him first, if not that would be one stupid cop! - - - I'm thorn as to where to cast my vote; I kind of want to follow up on my previous statements and vote for Michael but then there's a good chance we could nail the SK ... I'm willing to put my faith in Tristan's allegations and my speculations so I shall vote: Kenneth (Fhomess)
  13. Thanks for the explanation, bieber me I know what having a stupid phone-device is like! But also, what an abundance of fail and on the quotes. Did you not read the rules! Bahhhhhh bieber!!! WTF! Should be believe.
  14. Interesting point; I would like to believe that Tristan has valid reason for this change of heart as I mostly read him as town both here and in private. Looks like buddying up to me; Abigail did not answer you in public but rather in private; how odd!
  15. I'm back! So to follow-up on my previous statement, I have been discouraged (through PM) from pursuing my case against the person I suspect to be the SK seeing that there is a chance that this person is the vig which I admit is a possibility. I see that the primary targets today are Boris and Michael and if I had to choose between the two, I would probably pick Michael at this point based on his day 1 behavior and the fact that most of his posts are characterized by him agreeing or commenting on other people's opinions; heck, Michael even acknowledged he contributes very little pertinent information while he based his previous 2 votes on said lack of contributions: Also what is average best? sounds to me like you are saying that you try to appear to contribute but, by your admittance, are failing at doing so. There is another person I feel deserves a bit if scrutiny; Liz Devon Liz has voted middle of the pack on day 1 but started the voting/lynch/bandwagon on Day 2 and voted early on day 3. Here are those vote's justifications: Here a lengthy-ish case case is made against Sheridan whom she initially says is less risky but then proceeds to vote Caleb based on his flailing and then says the HE is the less risky. Here it is explicitly sad that you think Esther has a PR and yet you vote for her. Connie and Beatrice both did not speak a lot was the choice arbitrary? In the quotes above I also italicized the fact that both on day 1 and 2, Liz said she would revisit should something else arise and on both days, something did come up which could/should/would warant her changing her vote based on the 'parameters' she had set for changing her vote. I am not ready to commit to a vote right now but I will say that I am most certainly not going to vote for a lurker today as this had proven to be a shitty approach so far, my bet is that the scum team we are dealing with are either very-active or mid-fielders and not lurkers hence my suspicions of Michael and Liz.
  16. Granted that the poisoner could be the Vig but we cannot disregard the fact that he/she could also be the SK. The day kill and night kill probably means that this person had two kills on day 3, what do you make of this? Should the poisoner be the SK, we need to kill him; town cannot win with the SK alive. So why the reluctance (Boris, Tony, Sheridan) to look into it? The way I see this is that the poisoner is currently helping scum in weeding us out; do you not think that this deserves a bit more scrutiny?
  17. Ffffuuuuuuuu Connie and Beatrice were bad at being good townies and now we have caught zero scum WTF! This is getting a bit frustrating. I'm going to be extremely busy for the next 36 hours but I'll try and be as active as I can when I get a chance to pop in. Before I go, I would like to put something on the table for discussion: I have an idea as to whom the 'poisoner' might be and it goes as follows; (note that I won't reveal my suspicion immediately as I would like to see what your thoughts are.) We only had one kill on days one and two, then a day kill on day 3 and a night kill on night 3. What happened between day 1-2 and day 3? I think there is a reason as to why the kills were inconsistent. What are your thoughts on this?
  18. Well it's getting late in the day and it seems it's time for me to cast my vote seeing that I may be unavailable for the next few hours. The way I see this is that I have to choose between these two 'candidates': 1) someone who is willingly refraining from contributing and who, it now appears, has given up. And 2) someone who usually contributes very little and is now not even bothering to answer his detractors I shall vote for the former and Vote: Connie Radford (Clanure) Connie has not only been of little help but also explicitely said she would not discuss her suspicions which to me means she has something to hide/protect and fears slipping up.
  19. She's just trying to increase the gap between her and Connie, hoping that once again we will opt to lynch someone else. I am seriously considering changing my mind and voting for Beatrice based on her dodginess, shitty vote justifications and general lack of giving a damn about the events at hand. When someone has 4 confirmed detractors and several other people looking for answers, you must be dilignet and at least address some concerns, or at least bother to justify a vote.
  20. Speaking of which: Good job Beatrice!
  21. I am thorn as to where to cast my vote; Connie's recent silence make me think she also gave up; giving up is not very townie but yet is also not very scummy; I'm hoping that she is taking a breather to compose herself and that she will come up with a proper answer to the concerns addressed by the townsfolks. Beatrice is not participating so it's hard for me to say scum or town; speak up so we can assess your affiliation. One side of me thinks she is scum and laying low so as not to slip up but on the flip side, she could also be laying low out of shear (sheer?) laziness. Michael was a serious contender on day 1 up until mid day and has since been pretty much free of scrutiny; Michael contributes fair opinions to the discussion and if he is scum is doing a pretty decent job at appearing town. You never addressed Beatrice's behaviour in your posts; is there a reason for this? Beatrice deserves a certain amount of scrutiny, her vote justifications are worst than Boris's IMO.
  22. Weighing in on the two main suspects; Beatrice is being policy-lynched for lack of participation/lurking/low post count -> IMO day 3 is a bit late for attempting a policy lynch; on day 1 or maybe day 2, I would be all over a policy lynch seeing that evidence and interactions are limited. I am not confident in the case against Beatrice since it has very little basis except that she is laying low. Connie was originaly being lynched for the same reason; A case has since been made that her behaviour is odd. It's worth noting that Connie was scrutinized very early today and took quite a long time to address any concerns and that her initial answers were basically 'you got nothing on me' and 'I won't say who I'm suspicious of' which are not the most townies of reactions/comments. Out of these two, if a vote had to be cast right away, I would pick Connie. There is still time for her to come around though; Connie, would you please give us an idea of your suspicions, your reluctance to do so implies (to me at least) that you fear slipping up and reveling your scum buddies in doing so. Why don't you? I was scrutinized earlier for making 'soft accusations' and this to me looks like a soft accusation
  23. (day 1 is locked so I could not proprely quote the above, sorry)
  24. How does your incident with wine in a picture (which was made very clear had no clues) lead you to conclude that there is a poisoner?
  25. Others already pointed it out but we will find the allegiance tomorrow; it says so in the Capt'n's journal and in the original announcement. That's an interesting point but he had this defeatist approach yesterday as well so in theory he would need to have been poisoned yesterday during the day and have found out then? How plausible would it be that he found out, let's say last night, that he was poisoned and that the effect would manifest themselves the next day; I have seen similar events in another life ... this still does not explain his attitude from yesterday.
