  1. erm....
  2. Except that all of the main Toy Story characters have already been released in Lego form so they might not be top of the list for a new range of toys.... especially with such a diverse range of characters to choose from.
  3. That's kind of my point. Use existing moulds such as Black Beard (if they can as he was part of the POTC range) and choose an existing pirate hat. If anything the Black Beard beard and Jack Sparrow's Tricorne would be perfect... just make the print accurate enough and you've got that cover. I doubt they could use those pieces though as they belong to a different license although it's also a Disney License so it's possible.
  4. I can think of three more Asda Superstores near to my parent's place that I'll try at some point tomorrow if I head over there... After that I'll just wait until January. I'll certainly let you know if 75137 is among anything I might find.
  5. I thought it was about which way you 'dressed'... but seeing as it's not... I'm right handed. ;)
  6. This is the latest version of the Stormtrooper which is in the Slave 1, Advent Calendar and the Star Destroyer: Here There is one person in Europe and one in the US who have up to around 30 of them for £4 each or less. Lots of the blasters around at very little cost: Here
  7. Apologies... you ninja'd me with that comment.
  8. Well if Asda are definitely receiving their stock then I might need to have another little look around tonight. Do we know if they've definitely appeared in more than one store?.. or at least have appeared in different parts of the country?
  9. Why would his point have any weight to it? As far as I can tell the channel doesn't offer anything other than being a platform to show various builds and reviews. Having a YT account as a source of income still doesn't mean you have to offer people anything. You put videos on and people watch them... that's where the income is generated. There are videos my 6r old watches of people opening bling bags and other such toys... even at 6 she doesn't think that the person posting the video owes them anything... doesn't have to sell them anything... doesn't have to tell them where to buy them. The people posting videos owe the viewers and subscribers nothing. The person posting the comment is either stupid or trolling. They're both perfectly good reasons to block and ignore someone.
  10. I popped in to the nearest two Asda stores last night to me in Liverpool and no sign of them... then again Asda's toy stock in both these stores is pretty poor.
  11. No problem... I've posted about B&P before but it seems this time there's enough new people who've gone nuts for parts. It was another poster over that got me onto it around a year ago after they ordered figures from the SW range I think...
  12. Well I'm certainly glad I posted on the SW and Bootleg thread about the availability of these parts... it seems quite a few people have gone nuts on this... I always wondered how people got so many elements on BL but we know there's one source at least. Different items are available to the US and Europe at a particular time. I was able to get complete Cyborg and Hawkman figures earlier this year and they weren't available to the US. It's also the best way I got to build my UCS Batpod... nice to be able to get those wheels.
  13. That's happened to me a couple of times. I normally find if I haven't logged into the VIP area first it gives me an empty basket so I have to do it all again.
  14. It does. The UCS torso also has arm printing though which makes it unique from the regular TIE Pilot even though the front and back printing are identical.
  15. There are a few flesh heads on there. I know the head used on several of the rebel alliance figures from the SW range are available on there...
  16. The helmet from the UCS TIE Pilot is in there, that much I know. After that I'm not sure... I know Phasma's torso is there... At least to the UK.
  17. Canada is just that kind of place! ;)
  18. As much as some people may hear things... or read them on a forum and then want to share it as info it can be counter-productive. I don't think people always try to mislead but unless you have some kind of solid info then I'd give it a miss. We've had far too may people jump on, give bad info then get called out for it... that's across many themes especially here and in SH. It's not doing you or anyone any favours to throw a list up and then stand back and say 'this might be real... not sure...' We've got a couple of very reliable people so maybe see if the things you hear are confirmed or at least backed up a little by the more regular info-leakers... then you'll know if you're getting the right kind of advance info.
  19. Is that for Cyborg or to make a Finn with the head?
  20. I've ordered from him before. At least you have your own path to the goodies now... Just keep checking periodically and thinks go in and out of stock although I've never seen a cape come back in stock. I gave Tony on Flickr the heads up that the new Bat Cowl was available on there which is why his recent figures had that cowl... but now the head is available but the cowl isn't.
  21. My point is that if you're out buying toys on your own then you should be old enough to differentiate from one toy to another. The vast majority of kids getting toys are with parents who help them make a decision and invariably carry the cash. By the time you get to the store you'll already know of the financial position you are in and what kind of toy you can afford. People make out like kids are wondering into stores own their own with a pocket of cash and there's a guy behind a counter telling them that it's all legit Lego and just ignore the logo on the front. It doesn't happen. The bootlegs are almost entirely far eastern market stall fodder and just a couple of stalls away from the £15 Louis Vuitton bags and the £20 iPads. The quality of plastic and printing of some bootleg figures is actually comparable to Lego... People just tend to show the absolute abhorrent crap that is also being put out as a sign of what 'bootlegs' look like. The plastic on the better brand's bricks is like the plastic used by Mega Bloks a few years ago... it's not the best building experience but it's probably not the worst either. It's really the design of some of their own unique items that lets them down.... but when you put it all together it's just not Lego quality and never will be. But then again it's not got a Lego logo on it so it's pretty clear it's not Lego.
  22. You picked up a Cap A head? Nick Fury and Maria Hill from Hellicarrier? Full Hawkeye (except for his hair)?
  23. How many children go out alone to buy a toy?
  24. Don't forget to order some Black Widow hair pieces!
  25. They've had them for as long as I can remember... In the past the AT-DP Pilot was there, Asajj Ventress, Inquisitor, Imperial Officer... at least for the last year or so of checking...
