  1. I certainly hope that hairpiece arrives in green too. It's perfect for that Joker variant and for Injustice.
  2. This thread is nearly 7 years old and the last post was over 2 1/2 years ago. It may be better to improve your post count and then direct message the OP to see if this is possible.
  3. I can't imagine there'll be an inmate Joker in a CMF if one is already in a set. Was there any precedent for that with the Lego Movie?
  4. I know I normally wait until I see a film before committing to sets from it but the more I see of Rogue One the more I think it's going to be spectacular.
  5. That Luke should be pretty cheap anyway as it was available from B&P, is in two sets and is now also in the Advent Calendar.
  6. Well we know Joker, Penguin, Freeze, Catwoman, Scarecrow and Harley are all definitely coming. I'm sure Ivy will be too. I think the CMF line is fine for other characters.
  7. If I was to list the figures to people and say Chef Joker, Nurse Harley, Dick Grayson, Inmate Joker, Tarantula, Clock King, Red Hood, Orca, Eraser, King Tut, Mad Harriet and Cat Man I'm sure there'd have been a lot of very happy people. Who doesn't want that range of characters? Rubber Duck Batman was something people wanted when the site had that image up, Excalibat is in the Dimensions set and people seemed happy with that. Raging Bat is in the Batcave and people seemed happy with that. Pink Tutu Batman had appeared and was met with humour and people wanted that which leaves us with 3 Batsuits and a Police Officer (who I'm sure will have some relevance or they wouldn't be there). I think it's the quality of the image and people seeing these as illustrations for the first time that's a negative factor.
  8. After us getting the twins in the earlier reveals I've thought for a while that we're going to get some odd and left-field characters. We know the the sets are giving us the regular rogues gallery and we've got them all in Arkham overalls in that set. I'm not sure how genuine that figure list is but I think I was right in thinking that no matter what gets released there will be people who don't like it. If we do get Clock King, King Tut and Cat Man shouldn't that be a good thing? If that Red Hood turns out to be real then isn't that something that's appeared in many mocs and Idea submissions so we know that's a popular character. Nobody has seen the film so we don't know what any of these have a part to play and in what sense but we've got years of DC sets to expand on things in a more 'regular' sense as DC wish to promote Rebirth etc. as well as movies and classic comic sets. This was always going to get 'wacky' once we saw the Joker design. Is Pink Tutu Batman something I ever thought I would see released or want for that matter? Not at all... Do I think in the context of the Batman that we have seen in the Lego Movie and the trailers that it's hilarious... Yes I do. The ultra macho, dangerously cool and comedically arrogant Batman dressed in a pink tutu. Genius. The image certainly looks fake... but if it isn't... and even some of those figures happen then at least let's see them as full minifigures in good resolution photos... or better still... see them in hand before they're dismissed. I'd personally loved to have had the Clan of the Bat figure that appeared in the last animated short as it's also part of the Road Home comics instead of the Cave Bat that's here. I still hope this is wrong and we get the Clan figure but this should surely be considered open season for Bat-silliness. There's always the very likely chance there'll be a second wave to get things like Batman Beyond.
  9. Why do I get the feeling that the third one along is a KISSBat and he's Gene Simmons from the cover of Destroyer.
  10. I think seeing sets in person can make you feel very differently about them. I was never really tempted to pick up a Death Star but I always knew I was probably going to pick it up once the revised version was announced with the new figs. Once I saw it displayed I was very impressed and I can see why people had said they didn't have any buyer's remorse from picking it up. Now I've built mine I'm even more impressed by it. Go and look at the sets if you can and you'll know immediately which ones you should pick up.
  11. If there's nothing new then there's nothing new. The Lego Batman Movie thread has far more traffic currently so that might be the place to hang out.
  12. There's a chance. Just a slim one. Maybe when it gets used in the January wave with the Skiff set... or maybe if it gets used in another colour in a different theme or on a CMF?
  13. Believe me... I looked as soon as I was released. The only thing on there that isn't generic is the Emperor's legs. (I think they're the Emperors... they could be Vaders). Han's hair is there but out of stock. I'll keep checking just in case.
  14. It's fantastic. I can't wait to build this. It's about as good as I could have hoped it would be.
  15. I couldn't give the list of CMFs to the board if I wanted to because I don't know them. I've heard that there isn't 20 Batsuits. With regards to my comment above if they were all 20 Batsuits there would be people that would be disappointed because they'd want other characters. If they had 10 Batsuits but didn't have the one they wanted there'd be people disappointed. Whoever knows the list and shares it will be on a hiding to nothing because of this. I'm sure there are people who visit this thread that know the figures but for one reason or another they're not allowed to share. That's perfectly acceptable. I'm sure we'll all know before 99% of the Lego buying population anyway. Let me clarify also. I don't know Delta, who sent them the image or why they have it. I would assume Delta can't share his image at all so I wouldn't ask for it. If he shared any INFO about it is something else. I would question the sanity of anyone who would tell a thread like this they have an image when they can't post it and judging by how things have gone over in the SW threads I think if an image was to appear it would be down again in seconds. The don't think it's hard to take a step back at times from everything we've already been shown and had shared along with the trailers etc and have a pretty broad idea of what we may get... getting specific about a particular Batsuit is something else but I'm sure whatever happens that some will be happy and some won't... just like every other wave of every license. You can probably tell from my profile pic that I'm very much a fan of Lego and Batman so I'm as keen to see what we have in store as anyone... I'm just not 'in the know' so I'll be be waiting with everyone else.
  16. I think this very much depends on whether Delta has permission to share the information. If he's been shown it then that might be a start but there may be a strong caveat not to share descriptions. The fact he's told everyone he has it would lead me to think that he might be able to share it. I'm sure whatever he says will have some people very happy and some people quite mad. Strap in.
  17. Of the AT-ST? If someone was to make it two studs shorter I think they'd really need to look at the whole construction of them to take then down to single brick width otherwise they're going to look very chunky indeed.
  18. Let's see if it appears on B&P then. Fingers crossed.
  19. Each minifigure that is produced by a bootlegger will have some very minor differences in the moulding from a Lego figure. Whether that be from shoulder shape, hip piece, torso to hip connector etc. Whether this is enough to circumvent copyright I'm not sure. A small figure compatible with the Lego system can't be copyright protected so I'm not sure how much of a difference you need to make it to get round this.
  20. In that case your original messages makes perfect sense.
  21. Don't forget the 'S' brand that did the Falcon Commandos. Are they related to SY?
  22. I have very good reason to believe it's not 20 Batsuits. And that's not to say I'm sitting on the list of figures. It's just not 20 Batsuits.
  23. I think it's more the fact that we're not talking about sets that are priced like battlepacks anymore. Sets that were designed to be picked up with pocket money. That's where a lot of the previous bootleg sets were aimed. With these it's over €100 for a set. As much as that's very cheap compared to the original set price it's still a large outlay. If you're going for that particular set then that would make economic sense but just to buy Lego it's still a big commitment.
